20 minutes wait after paying in the drive thru had three cars still waiting ahead of us tried to go inside for refund and it was just insane inside manager needs to rethink Saturday morning staff never got our food or a refund gave up went to burger King half the price and less than 10 minutes to wait

It was busy but we weren’t in no hurry employees were nice they did good for how busy they were.
We had the new Chicken Big Mac. We were worried that the chicken would be overwhelming, but it wasn't. It was however, still as slippery as the original, and difficult to hang on to. The staff were great. We were glad we didn't have to use the kiosks. Yuck!

Very expensive for a McDonald's even with deals... avoid at all cost unless this is the only place you can find to eat in Safford
The last 6 times I’ve gone my order was reversed. You gave me extra of what I didn’t want and NONE of what I asked for. These kids get paid almost as much as people who work physical labor jobs and still can’t get it right, it’s not that hard. I’ve work fast food before, just open your damn eyes and read the order. If you didn’t want to do the job correctly why do it? Getting paid to mess my order up every time.

Overall just awful service. Most of the time my order is wrong or something gets left out. Especially when you order a frozen drink. The receipt at the kiosks usually don't print, although it did for me one time. Also don't park on the sides during the lunch rush or you may not be able to back out due to the line for the drive thru being in the way.

This McDonald's is consistently slow and low quality. Expectations are not very high for McDonald's but the waits do not make sense. Have had a handful of order errors and other small issues. Andnfor the price, you can find a better meal elsewhere. Some McDonald's locations are great, this is not one of them.
