Their drive thru is painful..... Based on their speed they are only able to serve maybe six people an hour. With as long as they have been in business you would think they have come up with a more efficient setup. Plus they are hyper stingy with the salsa. Locals rave about this place but based on my multiple experiences it is mediocre at best. But its a low bar innthe gila valley due to lack of decent competition.

The food was delicious and the staff was very friendly. The restaurant was nice and clean, but the restrooms need attention. It's in an old building so perhaps that explains the moldy odor in the restroom. Otherwise,, great place to eat.

Some of the older businesses don’t have the drive to please their customers anymore. They think since they have been around for so long that they can get by with sub par food, I waited for 30 minutes just to be told we’re out. And what I did order was bland with an odd taste, even the tortillas were stale, you would think a Mexican food restaurant would “Serve” a good tortilla.

Love Mechy’s! One of my Gila Valley quick dine-in faves! Go in and sit down because the salsa is amazing and actually spicy. I like the tacos, enchiladas, flautas, and the rice. Nothing over the top- just classy good Mexican food. Defiantly worth a stop. Also, shout out to Steven for great customer service. Give this man a raise!!!

The rating and pictures are deceitful. This food will make you appreciate Taco Bell, they use the same taco shells. The beans were creamy with crunchy unknown items and the cheese enchilada had very little cheese and that wasn’t even melted. I can’t think of one item that was satisfying, maybe the pink lemonade. This was my first and last time purchasing from this establishment. Do not waste your money or time, garbage!!!

Most of the food is good. The service is very slow, so make sure you have plenty of time. I typically order ahead.

Parking: Drive-thru sometimes makes it difficult to park. Very limited parking in the front and hard to get in and out of parking lot.
