Buffet was not available AT THAT SPECIFIC LOCATION!!!!!!! ate their hut box deal. It was not even in the box. Standard price but the personal pizza looks like a small Tony's pizza, and their boneless wings was not cooked thoroughly. Ate there just 12-3-24ish ago. What a damn shame that I used to eat there with friends when there was a lunch buffet like the rest of the locations. But as of Safford main street. I am so sorry for your loss but I am giving it a low score rating.

A negative 5 stars from our family waiting to be seated for over 10 minutes got seated drink where served and he came ask about food we said we needed a minute cause we have a kid and just needed a minute to discuss. WAITED AND WAITED NO SERVER CAME TO OUR TABLE IN THE 45 minutes waiting. even other tables got food but we waited and our baby started to cry no one came to check on our table!! Sad thing is it wasn’t busy service was so poor our waiter was even at the pick up area cashing others out so we did a pick up order he just completely forgot about us sad excuse!! And when we paid the waiter said we can’t except $100 bills but our total was 60 so it wouldn’t be a issue with the drawer if it was the case and the manager came and checked what was wrong and said he could but not in other ways he couldn’t.

Employees were nice. Pizza melts were hard and overbaked. Place was dirty and had an odor, Menu's were in plastic page protectors that were so old it was hard to see the menu items.

Normally, I'd give them 5 stars, but our "waiter" decided upon himself to add his $20 tip to my debit card even though I was already going to tip him $20 CASH. So unnecessary...get it together, pizza hut!

Ordered a large stuffed crust with half pepperoni and half sausage. Tasted just like little cesars. I found out that they don't make their dough in store when I went on the app and it said they were, "Sold Out" of hand tossed pizza. Yep, nobody there has any idea how to take dough and make a pizza. That's like going to Burger King and them being sold out of... Burgers! Oh well. I'll save my money and NOT go to pizza hut ever again.
