There was an extremely long line which isn’t new or that big of a deal but I waited for 5+ minutes second in line because the employee was sitting at the window talking. Even after giving the customer their order, they continued to chit chat and were on their phone while letting a whole line of people wait.

Hot drinks tasted terrible. When asked for an extra shot of white chocolate syrup Kaiden made it seem like it was a bother to do his job. Customers service could use a little help.

I submitted a large DoorDash order for my coworkers and I. 9 drinks total, so I apologize for the large order. BUT, three of my drinks were not filled up completely, nor were they filled evenly. I requested no ice, which I understand may change how much drink the put in. But they could at least have an even amount in each cup. Is this a new policy? Having a half filled drink would not slide in ANY OTHER FAST FOOD LOCATION!!! I work at Sonic and we’d definitely be getting complaints left and right if we tried to pull that. I paid $30 for venti drinks and basically got three talls. Messed up.

90% of the staff are rude like what we're ordering is a bother to them. Every time we go this is the service we receive. I don't think they realize customers are the reason they have a job.

Very different starbucks. And we go to starbucks regularly all over the country. When we walked in they did not say hi, we stood at the register for about 10 min, I then asked is this where we order, and then someone from the drive thru came. Then our order took a very long time about 25 min, and there wasn't a line at the drive thru, I am not sure about the mobile orders but I've never had or been to a starbucks where it took so long and the staff was not friendly.

Ordered 2 hot drinks, both drinks were between 1/2 to 3/4 full. It’s a shame after what you pay for each drink

My drink order has been made wrong and taste extremely bitter 3 days in a row. Ive also got the wrong size twice. Don't waste your time, try inside Safeway!
