I made an order through doordash for mocha cookie crumble and a caramel frap. Both ventis. Each order I recieved, I was given a small mocha frap and venti caramel. Even when I had them redeliver it, Starbucks STILL!!!! gave me the wrong size. It also took 45 plus minutes to get my first order. You guys need to do better. Great way to put a damper on someone's day because you cant get a simple order correct.

Thinnest drink carrier ever caused all my drinks to spill, refused to remake my drinks in the drive thru, drive thru girl was very rude, girl at the front knew the drink carriers are bad and still they handed it to me that way. Had to spend a half an hour cleaning my car and now I have to buy new seat covers. Thanks :(

There was an extremely long line which isn’t new or that big of a deal but I waited for 5+ minutes second in line because the employee was sitting at the window talking. Even after giving the customer their order, they continued to chit chat and were on their phone while letting a whole line of people wait.
Espresso tastes burnt. Didn’t know that could happen.
