I submitted a large DoorDash order for my coworkers and I. 9 drinks total, so I apologize for the large order. BUT, three of my drinks were not filled up completely, nor were they filled evenly. I requested no ice, which I understand may change how much drink the put in. But they could at least have an even amount in each cup. Is this a new policy? Having a half filled drink would not slide in ANY OTHER FAST FOOD LOCATION!!! I work at Sonic and we’d definitely be getting complaints...
I pull up, yes I was smoking with my cigarette away from the window, in my car, and instead of giving me my total so I can get taken care of and out of there, the little girl tells me, first I’ve EVER heard this, “no smoking in the drive thru”, and I had to ask to get a straw. I love my girls that work here!!!!! And the gentlemen I have met a few times! Everytime my coffee is exceptional but so is the interaction! There are a few that have made my whole day, heck whole week and they don't even realize how special they truly are or the impact they have had on me! Not just a coffee joint!! There is alot of love here ❤️
