My brother and I came in for some food. Gentlemen in front of us was ordering his food. After the staff member took his order he walked away and was chatting with other staff members and didn't bother addressing us at all. Stood around for another 10mins. Other staff member noticed us standing at the counter but also didn't do anything. Horrible service!

The parking lot is a little tight and chaotic. The food isn’t always consistent. When it’s good it’s delicious tho! They often forget to add cheese sauce when I add that. Which is an up charge so it’s a little disappointing and the fries are often over cooked.
Saw the 5 for $5 promo in FB and my mouth started watering. Throw-back prices! So I go there and my app won't work. I go inside and am told that this Arby's isn't participating. So I went to Taco Bell.
