Service was too attentive to the drive thru that they ignored me in the lobby for 5 minutes. When I left, there was one couple waiting for their food in the dining room and one car in the drive thru. Happened to me at Burger King as well. I thought that Arby's was more professional. I was wrong. Keep your coupons, I just wanted a nice meal quickly but knew that it would take forever for it.

My brother and I came in for some food. Gentlemen in front of us was ordering his food. After the staff member took his order he walked away and was chatting with other staff members and didn't bother addressing us at all. Stood around for another 10mins. Other staff member noticed us standing at the counter but also didn't do anything. Horrible service!
The parking lot is a little tight and chaotic. The food isn’t always consistent. When it’s good it’s delicious tho! They often forget to add cheese sauce when I add that. Which is an up charge so it’s a little disappointing and the fries are often over cooked.
