Customer service sucks from the young girl. The older lady was super nice and helpful. We come here all the time, the girl that served us was rude and just stared at us when we asked a question about why they only have 4 flavors at 8:45 on Saturday night. Thank goodness the older lady came up to us and explained to us or you would have gotten one star.

Will not write on your cake now unless you order in advance. Last time I ordered a cake in advance they didn’t make it.

They don't have any non dairy options for the ice cream. The online menu is a lie.

Very rude and impatient people working there! The young man behind the counter clearly did not have time for me. He threw his invoice book at me so I could fill my own order. Didn’t want to make two shakes for me and my child. Tried to just give her the caffeinated beverage so he could be lazy instead of cleaning the blender jar to make a new one. Never going there again don’t recommend AT ALL EVER!

Literally the WORST.The have no flavors.Everything that I wanted to order they were out of.Marigold dreamsicle? OUT.Icing on the cake? Nope.Salted caramel? OutPeanut butter and chocolate? Sorry!No wonder the reviews are terrible for this location.

Nearly every time I come here I wait 10-15 minutes in the drive thru before anyone even responds at the speaker box. And that’s when I’m the only one in line. The wait at the window is usually another 5-10 minutes. Terrible service. Slow, rude, and lazy employees.Today, I went in the afternoon and waited 10 minutes in the drive thru without getting a response. I then, decided to go in to the lobby. After walking in the girl behind the counter had AirPods in and said they were closed. Even though the lobby doors were unlocked, the lights were on and the hours of operation stayed “open”.Put a Cold Stone Creamery or bakery here instead!

I just attempted to go at 1330 on a Monday afternoon, and they're somehow closed. Even though their hours state they are open. I sat in the drive thru waiting for 10 minutes, before walking into the lobby that was open to be told by two employees they're closed. By far the worst location I've ever been to.

How is it that I have gone multiple times looking to get a shake and the blenders are broken every time. This has gone on for 6 months. And even though a certain icecream is listed they are saying they don’t carry it? This is so beyond ridiculous. I will no longer be going here I would rather drive to green valley then waste my time here ??‍♀️

They are usually out of some common ice cream flavors, like it is vanilla, praline, cookies and cream… But we always get good customer service.
