This place is a joke! This place needs all new staff, the kids they have working only care about a paycheck but are not selling anything, they also close 15 minutes before the actual time, the front door locked and the drive through they ignore you. Why does it say 9pm you close and do not honor that? I also saw the kids working today 04-06-2024 making themselves coffees and saw I knocked at the door and then drive up to the drive through and ignore that I was there. I am only writing the review because I always have issues there, and today I was not having it. I will also notify corporate about this location!

Dirty dining room. Constant employee turn over. Always running out of main ingredients. Machines breaking and unable to make basic hot drinks. Today they didn't have the syrup to make their Churro signature drink.

Sadly, I will not be going back to this location, a couple weeks ago I walked in to do an order, and the girl behind the counter had just shoved something into her mouth, which she continued to try to chew up for the next 30 seconds while I stood there Waiting for her to finish. Then, today, I do a mobile order at least 10 minutes before arriving, drink was made fairly quickly, but the sandwich hadn’t even been started yet, and I stood there for another 15 minutes. As the worker was making my sandwich, he was eating pieces of bacon, which he was putting into his mouth with the gloves he was making my sandwich with. He then touched his face and went on to finish making my sandwich. Horrible service with disregard to health. I can only assume they either don’t care or they weren’t trained correctly

The line was ridiculous! The wait was just as bad. And I didn't even order! My wife and a coworker and I went together but the place isn't really my cup o tea so to speak. So my wife got a half dozen donuts. Coffee and two bagels with cream cheese for nearly $25. And my coworker proceeded to get a sandwich. A reusable cup thermos/mug and the coffee that went inside it. Paid over $35. Shoot, I forgot. She got a glazed donut also.A sandwich, 2 bagels, 7 donuts, 2 coffees and 1 reusable mug = $60I'll let you decide

As a person that prefers Dunkin over any other competition. This place is great, but it can get hectic at times. I've had orders messed up, and since I am usually just passing through to go to another city; there is really no chance to go correct the mistake.

The 430 am start time must be just a suggestion because today they were not open. I waited for a while but had to go could not wait any longer.
I love how this Dunkin is so nice and smells great, there coffee is delicious and there donuts are irresistible. one of the best places to go, I would totally come back here and get my regular hot coffee keep up the great work! ?Ps.There food is awesome!!!

So the egg and cheese was nasty tasting.. that is not bacon in the EGG, THAT IS BURNED CHEESE!!Then the toast with avocado was so burt they completely covered it so I couldn't see it. I'm sick to my stomach ?.. Is it taste like I ate a bunch of charcoal. Seriously, burnt items like this have carcinogens and increase your chances and likelihood of cancer! I brought it up to the manager and because he says my wife ate half of it, Not on purpose. Only 2 small bites. The item is very small to begin with. And she was extremely hungry. He's not gonna do a refund or a complaint or remake it.. Embarrassed us in front of the whole group of people in dunkin donuts! Making it sound like we are the bad guys looking for a hand out! I'm getting with the county, the state and corporate.

Burnt both my avocado toast and the cheese on my cheese wrap ( and they were BLACK!).. They intentionally tried to hide the black side under the avocado spread. Because I took two bites out of the cheese wrap, they refused to refund me. I didn't realize it was burnt until the 2nd bite tasted off, and I spit it out. Why should I have to pay for burnt food.. seriously?! They have lost my business completely. Will not be back, and I will be sharing on social media about this.
