Menu is great, everything is delicious. Customer service is top notch, everyone is always friendly and welcoming, and store is always clean.

Prices are ok. Orders do come out at glacial speeds.

Been here at least a dozen times, will return.

Horchata was ok seemed like it was missing something but it was ok and the cocktail de elote was also good I got a small and it had plenty to fill me up

I came in this morning, went to place my order and the lady informed me she opened by herself and did not know how to open the register. She asked if I can come back at noon when another employee would be with her. I informed her I was not able to come back since I was on lunch. My suggestion is to maybe have someone open that knows how to work the cash register and turn on your menu board. Thank you

We are new to the area and heard great things about this place! The staff were so friendly and answered all of our questions. My kiddos had ice cream with sprinkles and loved it. My husband and I ordered their shaved ice drinks which were delicious. I would recommend this spot to anyone and everyone!

I ordered food from this place, i came around 8:15pm. A older tall skinny lady took my order, I didn’t get her name. But i came with my grandsons and she was extremely not welcoming or friendly. She rolled her eyes when I came in and she didn’t not even greet us at all. The wait time was 30 minutes, absolutely ridiculous!!!! She didn’t make my order younger kids did and she was just standing doing nothing to contribute. The food was not worth the price at all, go to the food truck at the lake their service is SOOO much better and their prices are Great!! She handed me and my grandsons our food and no smile or anything! EXTREMELY RUDE!!! Wont be returning!!!

The tall lady i’m not sure if she’s the owner or what but extremely rude to her employees. You are supposed to be team and it’s very unprofessional to embarrass your employees like that in front of customers. The young staff is really nice and i see their efforts every time i come in. The wait time is pretty slow and i know its not fast food but pacing your food time is very important in running a food business. seems like the owner doesn’t know how to run a business efficiently. She is also very rude to customers maybe the owner needs to fix HER customer service skills ….I definitely don’t recommend this place and I don’t think anyone should spend a penny here. Hopefully the owner can show respect to their employees is sad.

Unfortunately, the young staff working here don’t seem to have been properly trained on how to take and manage orders. I waited 40 minutes only to receive the wrong order. I specifically asked for two raspados and only received one, and several condiments I requested were missing. Very disappointing —

Some constructive feedback:
1. Greet customers as they walk in. A warm welcome, a smile, or even a simple “I’ll be right with you” goes a long way. Don’t leave people standing there unsure of what to do.
2. If you ask for a name with the order, make sure to call the customer by name when it’s ready. This helps avoid others accidentally taking someone else’s food

Good raspados but the wait time is very long. There was only one guy working took me 35 min to get my rapado. It was only two people in the building but only one employee making the food. Would not reccommend this place. I rather drive into Tucson and waste the gas.

Very nice a cute place but wait times are extremely long. I ordered ahead for “ASAP PICKUP” and ended up waiting 40 minutes for 3 basic items. I feel bad the lady before us waited over 30 minutes for just an agua fresca .
