For some reason 5 cars went through right lane before I was asked for my order. Decided to just cancel the order. Not sure why I had to wait 15min vs the other line. Cancelled order and then was told as long as it wasn't picked up that I wouldn't be charged. So I left then received a message 20min later saying my order was picked up and I was charged. Called the store to be told that I would now have to go in for a refund.

I Mac love that they always have fresh hot and salty frys, the meat is juicy and my cheese very melted, but paid .25 cents for a dipping sauce is wild.But overall very clean place and fast service.

So happy the bagels are back. They are 7.99$ this time around instead of 3$ like back in the day but I’m gunna forever buy them lol With that being said, I ordered a sausage and cheese bagel no egg with a hashbrown. Simple order. Not during peak or anything, seemed slow. I pull off and it’s bacon and cheese no spread w/ a soggy lukewarm hashbrown. I’m on my way to work so I just go in store so it’s faster. They apologize, super nice and that’s why I hate writing this review cuz I feel like they get a lot of hate, I’ve never had issues with employees they are all friendly. But once it’s remade I walk out and it’s sausage and egg no cheese or spread. At that point I’m just annoyed and say screw it and leave cuz I had to go to work anyway and this just took way longer than it all should have. Back to my point about price earlier, if we still had the dollar menu and things at a lower price people wouldn’t be so mad about these things, but when something alone cost 7.99, they should be getting it right. I love the spread so much with the sausage and cheese…this was my splurge day and was looking forward to it…you just get bummed out about stuff like that.

If I could give no stars I would they don’t deserve one star. I have had multiple issues with this McDonald’s. Tonight was just it. Came back from Tucson Er with my son he was hungry I asked him if he could wait until we get to Sahuarita McDonald’s. It’s a 24 hr drive thru. I’m in the drive thru for about 5 mins and I get we are currently not taking orders. The time is 3:30amish. Hmm 24 hr drive thru but not taking orders. Ok so block the drive thru with your cones or something. I knew I should have stopped at the one in Tucson who were taking orders because they are 24 hr drive thru.

Drove over to get a burger which they claim to serve until 3am was 245am Was told breakfast only. When I called the manager the following day he said yes thats right no apologizing just if its slow we stop serving anything except breakfast. Damn 7 years and still the worst McDonald's in the state . Staff are rude do Not get an iced tea. 3 stickers from 2 days on the side.

If I could put zero stars I would. This location has been incompetent and inconsistent for as long as I have lived here. For 10 plus years this establishment has been a sorry excuse for a restaurant let alone a fast food chain as big as McDonald’s. Save your money and travel to Tucson or buy food elsewhere because I can almost guarantee one of a few things will happen with your experience here. 1. Your customer service experience will be abysmal due to the fact hardly anyone on the staff cares (including management). They are in a people business, yet do everything they can to avoid interaction. 2. Your order will be wrong/cold. I have eaten here countless times over the course of a 10+ year span and I have progressively gone to this specific location less and less due to the HORRENDOUS overall experience every time. 3. You’re going to wait in a ridiculous 20+ minute line for absolutely no reason. There are staff chit chatting while customers wait to have their order taken or issue dealt with.
Overall this business should probably be shut down and replaced with something that is consistent, enjoyable, responsive, responsible, and respectful. 0/5 ratings for me. I advise others to stay away as well for the benefit of our community.
Dietary restrictions: They do not care about your allergies. I have a bad allergy to mayonnaise and advised my cashier and my burger had mayonnaise on it regardless.
Kid-friendliness: Staff constantly cursing. Play area was very dirty with visible trash right from the entrance. I am not sure if they clean the play area, it smelled somewhat of urine.

Listen, I completely understand this is a first job for a lot of local teenagers…but the fact that I have never had a meal served hot here is getting to be RIDICULOUS. I have an autistic child who sometimes will only eat chicken nuggets and fries from McDonald’s- and weather its uber eats delivering, or me going to this location myself I am ALWAYS disappointed. The reason for this review was because I had over $40 worth of a bag of food forgotten by the employee and had to make a second uber eats birthday. The employees are always laughing about something (it’s fine to enjoy your job but being rude to customers isn’t). I’ve even had food undercooked here (chicken sandwich that was raw in the center) Now I’m over it. The local Facebook group blames Diaz management- and I don’t care who’s at fault DO BETTER. McDonald’s is the ONE restaurant you should be able to go anywhere in the world and find consistency- EXCEPT IN SAHUARITA. Again, DO BETTER.

These location now totally closed the registers for these stupidity screens. The counters at the drink station & tables were filthy. All the workers are out back jibinawing... Do better Mickey-Dees

I work nights and usually stop at the McDonald’s in Tucson because without fail the Sahuarita location has their “system down”. How hard is it to sell a McGriddle? Apparently too hard for Sahuarita McDonald’s. This is the fifth time this has happened to me the past six months. Might not seem like a lot but I’ve only been to this location about ten times total. Not a reliable place to get breakfast before 6am.
