I have a huge family so we order a ton of food and they have never screwed the order up. The kids who work here are pretty polite also which I appreciate. UPDATE: today is the day before Christmas Eve and I had an issue with the order ahead. For the hassle these kind people gave me a huge discount for something out of their control and it meant the world to me!! You have a customer for life!!!

I love McDonald's so so much but the Dr pepper I received tasted like god damn sparkling water and the girl who gave the food to me gave me hella attitude not only that but my food took thirty minutes to come out I am very sad but that doesn't mean it's bad I go to McDonald's alot and its good

This McDonalds has really gone downhill over the last year and a half I have lived here. It was decent when we first moved to Sahuarita, but now they don't seem to have a clue. Whenever we come here for breakfast, they will tell you they'll be with you in a minute, but continue taking orders from the other line, sometimes 3-4 cars will pass on the other line before they get to you. Today, they told us to wait again, and didn't even respond to us saying hello several times. I ended up driving up to the window to order. Better off just going to the Green Valley location.

The app doesn't recognize that this location is open 24 hours. They usually end breakfast service early. All McDonald's locations i have visited in the past year have pissed me off. The more they incorporate technology, the worst the experience gets. 5 stars on pissing me off.

The food here is normally fine, but the service is always terrible. No one is friendly sometimes they are actually rude. Especially the night shift. I understand that a lot of the people that work there are probably younger and might not care as much, but it really does affect peoples days. This location especially makes me not want to go back mainly because every time I’m getting food from here it’s usually off a 13 hour shift where I’m already tired and then the employees are rude.

I got 2 boxes of 10 nuggets inside after finishing the first box, I opened the other as I’m eating a nugget. I see a cockroach crawling in my nuggets I almost threw up. Do not eat here Workers are nice, but food might kill you

There's just about no point to this restraunt to be open during night, they often dont have the majority of the menu, ice-cream is off by 8pm, more than not they don't have fries, sometimes they don't even have hamburgers. Why stay open late?

I hate giving bad reviews but tired of getting ripped off here. I know it's my fault for not checking every time if the order is right. It happens almost every time I have ordered food here from the drive through. The last two times my wife got all the way home on Duval Rd. to find the order was missing items. Yes we got a refund but they need to do better.

I’ve lived in this area for a year and a half now. The amount of times I’ve been to this McDonald’s and gotten good service or a good attitude from the worker is ZERO. NONE. Every single time I come I get an attitude from each of the workers. No customer service whatsoever.
