Please keep the lobby open for pickups. I get you want to clean up and leave when you close but now the drive thru lane is 7 cars when we just need to pick up.

Staff is always nice. Good fresh hot food. A lot cleaner than the restaurant closer to us. With the drive! Food is always hot n fresh. Tables wiped down, bathrooms stocked and floors clean.

Went through the drive thru, they were fast. ordered the family meal. Orange chicken/noodles were good. Fried rice was okay. the only thing I am concerned about/would complain about would be the broccoli beef. Broccoli was good, but the beef... It tasted really old, the meat was a really weird texture.

They only offer limited food items nearly an hour before closing.

Everytime I go to this panda I regret it. I spend no less then $40 every single time and something is wrong. Food is rarely fresh. It looks and taste like it’s been sitting all day. I’ll ask to use my rewards and it never gets applied even when I provided barcode. I always have to ask for everything, sauce, chopsticks or napkins. Other pandas will Atleast ask. And Everytime I do have to ask the women working the drive through makes a face like I’m asking for something outrageous.

Lots of seating open and parking spots. Food was a bit dry. Charged for large plate and shorted me one entree. . Rang up the total before I could check the app for promos. Refused to apply discount afterward.

Best tasting food from Panda I have ever tasted, and that includes Phoenix locations. The chkn was very crispy instead of being soggy like it usually is.

Absolutely pissed off.... Ordered some food through the drive-thru and was told to pull to the front for a less than 5 minute wait for my food to come out. I waited for over 15 minutes!!!! My food never came out and I was running late for work and had to leave. I don't understand why the employee would tell me less than 5 minutes if it took way longer than that. Who knows how much longer it took after I had to leave. I understand things can happen in fast food and am respectful about it. I went in the same evening to request a refund for my order and they said they couldn't do it!! Jose (Manager) truly tried his best to help me. But overall panda express would not give me a refund for the poor service and food I never received. Unbelievable.
