Best tasting food from Panda I have ever tasted, and that includes Phoenix locations. The chkn was very crispy instead of being soggy like it usually is.

Absolutely pissed off.... Ordered some food through the drive-thru and was told to pull to the front for a less than 5 minute wait for my food to come out. I waited for over 15 minutes!!!! My food never came out and I was running late for work and had to leave. I don't understand why the employee would tell me less than 5 minutes if it took way longer than that. Who knows how much longer it took after I had to leave. I understand things can happen in fast food and am respectful about it. I went in the same evening to request a refund for my order and they said they couldn't do it!! Jose (Manager) truly tried his best to help me. But overall panda express would not give me a refund for the poor service and food I never received. Unbelievable.

I ordered fried rice and when it got to my house cuz I did DoorDash cuz I cannot drive cuz I don't have a leg they gave me steamed rice and I tried to call them and they never answer their phones if I could give a zero I would

Small portions. Ordered a family meal two of our containers well underfilled maybe 3/4 full if that. Maybe because I used a $10 off coupon I don't know but if you're going to give people a discount then don't cheat them out of there family meal. I still paid almost $50 for my dinner and was very disappointed. The food was hot all the fryer stuff was crispy and the flavor was okay considering it's fast food. But I definitely felt cheated. Rice and noodles were full more or less but the all the entree meat dishes definitely not full. Supposed to feed five yeah right.

Can’t comprehend how anybody could rate this above 1 or 2 stars. I ordered their supposed signature dish. Orange chicken. It was completely flavorless. It was soggy. As a plus it was cooked. As a side I had cream cheese rangoons. My expectations were far from met. There was possibly a 1/4 teaspoon of cream cheese in a slightly soggy slightly fried shell. Pitiful! The other addition to my menu was a side of fried rice. It was actually acceptable even though it was different from any I’ve had in the past and was devoid of seasoning.

We had moldy fortune cookies, all of them, didn't know until we cracked them open. Also, always a hit or miss on how much meat they portion out and if their rice is cooked all the way. . Go to panda house by walmart!

Definitely need to add more beef to the beef n broccoli, everything else was good.
