I try to get a Red Bull and my drinks so I don't have to do double line and the cashier with a very rude tone, I can't ring that here like I know they can do it I always buy my drinks and my red bull, very disappointed of this place

Alex had a bad attitude & she was just rude honestly. I got a pumpkin mocha cookie crumble and she acted confused. My friends drink was okay but mine tasted like straight up chocolate milk. I wanted to sub mocha sauce for carmel & she charged me to do so. I'll definitely stick to Green Valley Starbucks for their flavor AND definitely their customer service.

Terrible customer service. Be forewarned, if something goes wrong with the app, the in-store staff makes absolutely no effort at restitution. I'm told the mobile app is not really connected to the local store. They had no record of an order, successfully placed in the app. I had to re-buy and wait for the sandwich.

The cashier was in a super bad mood and super rude.

I went in this morning and right off the bat the barista was rude and did not even look up at me to take my order. I tried ordering a mocha cookie crumble and she cut me off saying she doesn’t know the ingredients to that drink. I proceed to tell her I have had it made in the past with no issue, maybe I was just pronouncing it incorrectly I’m not sure. She cuts me off again to state they don’t make drinks off the secret menu. I was then confused because now I’m thinking if that drink is part of the secret menu and if so why it was made for me in the past in that location. I try be understanding and order something else to move on from that situation because I was over it and frankly uncomfortable with the baristas attitude towards me. Once I give her my entire order she walks away from me and so now I’m just standing there awkwardly because usually the barista lets you know they’ll get started on your order or at least offers you your receipt. I was appalled at this point by her dismissive behavior towards me. My receipt was not offered until a couple minutes later when she remembered. Once my order was ready, I got it and left because my Starbucks trip was supposed quick and friendly as it usually ends but her dismissive and condescending attitude towards me really ruined my morning. I hate to think I let it get under my skin, but she really did ruin it all in that moment. And to top it off the other older lady that was there says.” Bye, see you soon!” In a very mocking manner. I couldn’t help to feel almost humiliated.

When you stand in line for 20 minutes and you get to the counter and order your coffee and the barista says we're out of coffee, our machines are not working. You could have announced that to new arriving customers who I'm sure are looking for coffee. Also, coffee can be made using the espresso machine.

This is the worst starbucks location I’ve ever been to. The people working here seem to hate their job, and they tend to take it out on the customers. The drinks always taste off or even just gross. I Don’t recommend this location at all.

Edit to add: This store is a franchise, so the owner won't care or do anything unless you complain to corporate. Also, if we want to send the message that we arent happy w the treatment dont purchase the mugs or travel cups from this location either as it accounts for a decent amount of their income ? Only language these people speak is $$$ "please use our preferred method of communication so we can't be held accountable to Starbucks corporate." LOL no. Just do better. Your customers are tired of the abuse ? Short Latina girl, and tall white guy with a hair net working had horrible attitudes. I'm not sure what I did wrong, but I felt like they were mad at me just for being there. Ordered drinks, we were polite. Didn't complain or anything. I'm not sure what I did wrong, but maybe chill on the attitude and aggressiveness. The tall guy w the hair net also slammed my drink down when he gave it to me. Why be so nasty to people for no reason, I don't get it.

Ordered a cold coffee and I came in there and stood at the end of the counter to pick it up. There was a younger Hispanic looking woman with really long fingernails and long braided hair who completely ignored the fact that I was standing there. She was busy stocking, and I guess that’s all that mattered. So I waited And she said absolutely nothing as she walked around me and went behind the counter. So I walk over to the register and asked the lady that was bending down if they taking orders. She says yes and I told her that I had an online order or a mobile order And the “non-customer service” girl went ahead and made it but still didn’t say anything until I was given the drink and she said “have a nice day.” I realize that you have to stock but you need to drop the attitude and wait on the customers. I really do not understand how people like this can keep their job.

The baristas at this location are always helpful, kind, and honest! Love them here ??? they even made me a sample of a new drink they had before I spent money buying a big one they're awesome!

Ordered an apple crisp macchiato but received an apple crisp shaken espresso. I don't like espresso that much. However, last time I asked the female employees to fix my order, (mind you I was very polite about it) they made a stink face as they took back the order and fixed it. I don't think it would've been a big inconvenience for them if they took the right order. It's a hit or miss here.
