Edit to add: This store is a franchise, so the owner won't care or do anything unless you complain to corporate. Also, if we want to send the message that we arent happy w the treatment dont purchase the mugs or travel cups from this location either as it accounts for a decent amount of their income ? Only language these people speak is $$$ "please use our preferred method of communication so we can't be held accountable to Starbucks corporate." LOL no. Just do better. Your customers are tired of the abuse ? Short Latina girl, and tall white guy with a hair net working had horrible attitudes. I'm not sure what I did wrong, but I felt like they were mad at me just for being there. Ordered drinks, we were polite. Didn't complain or anything. I'm not sure what I did wrong, but maybe chill on the attitude and aggressiveness. The tall guy w the hair net also slammed my drink down when he gave it to me. Why be so nasty to people for no reason, I don't get it.

Ordered a cold coffee and I came in there and stood at the end of the counter to pick it up. There was a younger Hispanic looking woman with really long fingernails and long braided hair who completely ignored the fact that I was standing there. She was busy stocking, and I guess that’s all that mattered. So I waited And she said absolutely nothing as she walked around me and went behind the counter. So I walk over to the register and asked the lady that was bending down if they taking orders. She says yes and I told her that I had an online order or a mobile order And the “non-customer service” girl went ahead and made it but still didn’t say anything until I was given the drink and she said “have a nice day.” I realize that you have to stock but you need to drop the attitude and wait on the customers. I really do not understand how people like this can keep their job.

The baristas at this location are always helpful, kind, and honest! Love them here ??? they even made me a sample of a new drink they had before I spent money buying a big one they're awesome!

Ordered an apple crisp macchiato but received an apple crisp shaken espresso. I don't like espresso that much. However, last time I asked the female employees to fix my order, (mind you I was very polite about it) they made a stink face as they took back the order and fixed it. I don't think it would've been a big inconvenience for them if they took the right order. It's a hit or miss here.

This is consistently the worst Starbucks. I throw 99% of the drinks away because they’re just disgusting and so poorly thrown together. Doesn’t matter what you order, they’ll make it gross. Staff isn’t friendly at this location and expect reply unnecessarily long wait times.

So sad. Your sign says open 6am-7pm but you close your espresso machine down before 7pm??? Machines should be shut down when you close for the day not before so can't make drinks.

First thing in the morning you should be stocked with what was needed to make drinks , having people wait while they take their sweet time chatting and not making drinks I left without a drink I paid for
