I didn’t realize my birthday wasn’t entered on the Starbucks app until today, even when I entered it in the free drink voucher didn’t show up. They made me pay for my coffee even though I was more than willing to show my ID as proof.

Do not come here, I came for a tall 3 ingredient pink drink. Acai base, coconut, and dried fruit. I tasted this horrifying drink and it had no flavor it was straight up water. I had asked for a remake but the lady at the window just explained the ingredients to me. Tell me when did I ask for that information? I just wanted a remake and so she went and got me a new one but looked just the same if not worse and tasted worse. Thankfully I went to a different location and got another drink 1000x better than the first drink and they were so apologetic even though it wasn’t their mistake. This store couldn’t even apologize for something they did. Horrible customer service

Awful service, the guy and 2 girls were rude and dismissive...
There's was a young couple that ordered coffees, they forgot to make it, and were rude to the them, I made conversacion with the wife, she stated her husband has just came back from deployment....
Not sure what's going on w Starbucks, regardless of who you are every one should be treated w respect and attentive.
I hope Starbucks Corporation reads this and do something about it!

If you are looking for a quiet place to meet friends and chat over coffee, look elsewhere. I come in from time to time and have the noticed in the past few weeks the morning crew at this location has begun to play the music so loud conservation is nearly impossible. Until this is remedied, this location is a pick up your drink and get out of there as soon as possible.

I had a very frustrating experience at this Starbucks location. If you’re considering stopping here, I strongly suggest going elsewhere-Dutch Bros or a local coffee shop would be a much better choice.
First, don’t bother ordering a grande or venti. The drinks are consistently underfilled, no matter how much you pay. It’s a complete rip-off when you’re paying premium prices for only a partially full cup. This has happened multiple times, and it’s unacceptable.
Second, the mobile ordering system is absolutely pointless at this branch. I ordered ahead through the app to pick up at the drive-thru, assuming it would save time. Instead, I sat in line while they prioritized people ordering at the counter inside. What’s the point of “ordering ahead” if the staff chooses to serve walk-in customers first? It defeats the whole purpose and completely disregards the convenience that Starbucks promotes through its mobile app.
The lack of consistency and poor customer service here really stood out. It feels like they’re more interested in rushing orders out than delivering quality drinks or respecting people’s time.
I won’t be returning to this location and definitely don’t recommend it to others. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere that values both your money and your time.

Isabella was great! I came in when they were quite busy, yet she was calm and friendly and very efficient. Another worker was seeming a bit stressed and Isabella kept her cool towards her as well. I've worked in those environments and we know we have to be nice to the customers but much harder to keep your cool when a coworker is not helping the situation. I was quite impressed with Isabella having a game plan and handling the situation. AND remembering what item I was waiting for and made sure I got it!!

The girls working here all need retained on how to work customer service. They're always snippy and give me a hard time about my mobile orders when I show up on time for them. Bux app says ready in 4 to 7 mins and they ALWAYS say I'm too early and need to wait in the drive thru. Today I was informed they always give priority to inside customers over drive thru and told me id have to wait 10 to 12 minutes for my simple iced coffee drink I'd ordered 7 minutes prior on my mobile app for pick up.... to top it off, they made the drinks wrong. I'm going to dutch bros, they're always nice there!
The constant incorrect making of things didn’t bother me but it bothered them when I’d point it out, scoffs, eye rolls, I’d get yelled at, so I began just contacting customer service when I felt uncomfortable with the barista and that also upset them. Found spit in my drink and didn’t go back.
It's a standard Store. Very clean and very friendly staff
