The constant incorrect making of things didn’t bother me but it bothered them when I’d point it out, scoffs, eye rolls, I’d get yelled at, so I began just contacting customer service when I felt uncomfortable with the barista and that also upset them. Found spit in my drink and didn’t go back.

After waiting 5 minutes and saying hello at the drive thru speaker no one answered. So I proceeded thinking it did not work. I waited an additional 20 minutes to order at the window and the young man refused to take my order asking to get off my car and order inside. Really! You lost a customer.

I love this location. They are very fast, efficient when the lines are long and never get my order incorrect. Sometimes I'll order several custom drinks at a time and pleasantly surprised how they're always spot on. Great hard working employees.

This is my place. The staff are so nice and they even remember my dog’s order! He gets a pup cup half full. My cousin with Down syndrome and I would come here too while she was alive. She ordered the wrong thing and they were so quick and happy to remake her drink with her. Feels like a neighborhood coffee shop.

Today VERY slow. Not sure what was up. Both items were made correctly. The Matcha Frapucino with Lavendar cold foam was excellent as always. I wish they had all year. Food items are consistently mediocre.

Staff here are incredibly rude, if you have an issue with an order, they will take it extremely personal and will make you feel terrible for bringing it to their attention. As someone who used to work in the service sector, I was appalled by how they could be so hostile. I complained with corporate because of how straight up mean they are at this location. ESPECIALLY their AM “baristas”. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs. I would rather go to the grocery store Starbucks locations that are nearby and treat their customers like human beings and not like a bother.

Took 25 minutes to get two Grande Decaf Pourovers! First one prepared was only warm by the time the second was finished. They said they did were not equipped to do two at a time. Staff was unapologetic! Will never stop at this location again.

I've lived here and visited this Starbucks for nearly 7 years, usually buying multiple drinks for myself and my kids. I've also during the hot or summer months had no issue simply ordering water. Today, I was informed I can't get water anymore without being forced to purchase something else. I wouldn't have minded paying a cup fee or a small fee for the water but they literally refused to sell it. This is a disgrace to the community where the average highest temps are around 107° and where we have nearly the 4th highest homeless rate in the country.

Additionally, sitting in the café on more than one occasion I've watched the guys working closing and emptying the trashcan, set the dirty trashcan lids on top of the dining tables closest to the cans. I never sat there because of that.
We will be going to Dutch Bros across the street in the future instead.

Please fix the Vanilla sweet cream cold brews. Everyone makes it different. For the App the Venti has 3 pumps of vanilla syrup and sweet cream. Green Valley location used to make them perfect but in the last 7 months or so they have been going downhill. Even all my cold brew friends and coworkers have said the same thing. Nogales starbucks makes the best ones. Green Valley is my home location and I love to support them.
