Parking: Is limited and tight in most spaces. They block off the area by the drive thru to control the traffic flow.

Go here if you want to be treated like $h1t by the staff. If I could give it 0 stars I would. I’m not the only one that’s been treated like trash, just look at all the others who have reviewed this place with the same experience!

When we placed our order in the drive thru my husband asked for milk in his latte and the person on the other end taking his order rudely responded “ya that’s what a latte is, it has milk.” Then one of our drinks was made hot when it said iced on the order. The doors were locked because the cash register wasn’t working so I had to go up to the drive thru window for them to fix my drink. She took the old drink from me which I thought was interesting when usually an order is not correct they just let you keep it. It also doesn’t seem right to me to have the doors locked just for a cash register not working, what if customers would like to use the restroom? Rude employees and a very annoying experience here.

Jeff is so incredibly rude. I placed a pick up order today at 6:44AM and was closer to the store than I thought. Also, there were also no cars in the drive-thru which usually this Starbucks takes a while because of. I went through the drive-thru and let them know I have a pick up order and mentioned it’s likely not ready yet. Granted, I place pick up orders all the time and even being placed “4 mins ago” (per Jeff) today, it was still a bigger heads up than just ordering at the window—which I should have done. I mobile ordered 3 items: a shaken espresso, cake pop for my son and egg bites. Jeff continued to scold me through the speaker saying that I didn’t give them enough time for the pick up order (I mentioned I had recently placed it). I would have just driven off if I was able to, but once you’re in the drive-thru you’re unable to leave. I wonder if him being unkind to others brings him joy because that seems to be a common theme for him over the years. I really don’t want to go back to the location. But it’s the only stand-alone Starbucks in town that is not in a grocery store.

Super long line with an attendant that cannot understand the order through tje speaker. Please fix the speaker.

When I came in to pick up my mobile order (3 drinks) today at 2:45pm, i needed a cup holder, but there were none accessible.
So I waited for an employee to help me. After 3 different employees ignored my standing there, I spoke up and asked for one, clearly upset. Instead of offering an apology, they spoke to each other saying "well I'm going home now but have a great rest of your day serving all the "nice" customers." Clearly they were talking about me right in front of me.
I'm so disappointed. What happened to customer service?

Worst service ever there was one person making all the drinks people were standing around cashiers weren't doing nothing people waiting in line to get served I waited for my coffee almost 10 minutes The only person making the drinks was really slow
