I’m visiting the area and stopped three days in a row. My Americanos with two extra shots were very weak so I switched to dark roast drip the third morning. Also very weak. Although the staff hustle, I’ll go stand in line at Safeway on my next visit.

The employees are very rude and very slow. Don’t order here unless you want a long wait. Took over 30 minutes for our drinks. When we asked where our order was the employee was a smart a**.

Very, very slow over past several visits. Given my experience and other reviews, there seems to be no interest in improving service at this location. It’s a minimum 30 minute stop for a beverage.Update: See the response below. the link goes to SBUX corporate. The local team clearly does not have the means to improve service given the number of similar reviews with a bot answering on their behalf.

This store has become very popular with a wide range of ages. Lots of places to sit and super nice. The mobile pickup is busy so don't let the lack of cars fool you.

We went thru drive up, waitress got my order wrong and it was weak. She seemed rushed, it was around 7 pm or so, and not crowded just us and 1 in front of us Noone inside and 2 staff members. Quite disappointed as this has not Ben my experience at any other starbucks.

I have come to this Starbucks a several times and it’s always a disappointment for special drinks. I have yet to ever have a caramel macchiato with enough foam so the caramel stays on top. So Today I got a tall coffee with cream. She gave it to me asking if she left enough room, perfect I say. I walk around looking for cream, nothing anywhere. No sugar, no cream, no napkins.. I get back in line and ask for cream and sugar. She apologized and said she should have told me they didn’t put it out anymore. She poured cream in a small cup and gave me some sugar. No stirrer! I take a drink and it’s not even hot barely lukewarm. I ask another person if there’s a microwave that my coffee is cold from the cream. She offers to remake my coffee with less cream!!??Absolutely ridiculous that a splash of cream vs 1 oz of cream will somehow make the coffee nice and hot? I think I finally have learned my lesson, don’t come back. Stick to the Starbucks up at the Safeway.

You go to Starbucks for consistency and decent service. While the coffee that I got (nitro cold brew - pretty easy to do well) that service was terrible. I understand that I was busy, but I waited over 20 mins for my coffee. During that time, it was clear that drive through and those who ordered online were prioritized. When I asked the barista if she had my order (I was thinking maybe it got missed) she snapped at me that she was busy. When I finally got my drink, there was no acknowledgment of the wait. I just moved down here and will be finding a different place for coffee.

I'm not one to share a poor review over one experience. I only come here because my wife and daughter like it. The last three times I've visited I have walked inside due to the drive thru being wrapped around the building. I visually mark the black honda accord as the vehicle i wouldve been behind if i stayed in drive-thru. When i leave, there are 3 vehicles after the honda that received their items before me. Additionally I see other parties receive their drinks and leave before me after they placed their order after mine. The order wasnt complicated. 1 tall frappe and cake pops. This location is by far the most inconsistent, impersonal, and slowest in the Tucson and surrounding areas. 20-25 minutes is unacceptable.

Was there early to get one of those Stanley Starbucks cups for my wife just to find out the employees bought them only, leaving 1 on the shelf for customers. They had no shame and did it in front of our faces. Shame on the management for allowing this to happen. I'm calling corporate as well. Pink pony tail girl and curly haired girl. I hope you see this review.

10 minutes to make a simple latte. It can be seen that employees takes forever to do a minimal task, and which are done usually by one person, but this store takes two. Some reason they are incapable of getting a drink orders, correct.
