Order on-line 2 sandwiches made one of them wrong. Took sandwich back made new one but the amount of meat that was on this one was not as much as the other sandwich. While the staff apologized about the mix up no one said how about a drink or chips for your inconvince for making a 2nd trip into the store. Was trying Subway again, but now I remember why I go other places for my sandwiches.

Order online 3 sandwiches. They made each sandwich wrong. Which the sandwiches were nothing complicated. I would have called and went back but unfortunately with a young baby that was not an option. Very disappointed and so were my children. Definitely don’t recommend going here specifically when the order is literally written down for them.

Placed an online order for 2 subs
One was correct the other was not
Ordered extra tomato & pickle and that didn't happen. That sub looked so thin and it should've been thicker than the other one due to extra veggies. The bread was hard tasted day old. Won't go back to this one.

Placed an order online to pick up at the Rancho location. Already frustrating since they had limited bread choices and no olives available. Once I arrived at the location, no one made an appearance. They were in the back talking loudly. Grabbed my sandwiches on the shelf and left. I should have checked them. All four sandwich breads were hard as if they were left out all day. My husband’s sandwich (tuna) was completely wrong. And mine (BLT) was completely covered in mayo. Will never order from here again.

The bread is NEVER fresh. I’m done. Jersey Mike’s is worth the extra mile.

The young guy when we walked in was nice and that was last and only good thing. The other 2 people that made our sandwiches had an attitude and were rude. If you hate your job that much find another one. Or at least fake smile or something. When I asked for extra olives she only put maybe 6 and when I asked for more she put 2 more. There was an older couple in there and they said they weren't treated well either.

It was disgusting. I only come here when there is a sale or BOGO deal. The bread was hard. I didn’t get extra meat like I paid for. I’ve tried a few times. From now on I’ll be going to Jersey Mikes. Their prices are the same NOT on sale! You wonder why you are going bankrupt? I think I know why

The bread here is never fresh. If you order online, your order is going to be wrong. If you use the soda machine it's going to taste like they have never cleaned it. At $50 for 3 sandwiches and 2 sodas the value isn't there anymore.

I would say this is a passable Subway except for the fact that there are a few recurring problems here:

1) The bread is CONSTANTLY either overcooked, dried out, or some combination of the two. It doesn't matter what variety of bread, or how busy the restaurant is - 80% of the time my kids won't finish their sandwich because their (un-toasted!) bread is hard, dry, and crumbly to the point of being inedible. It's getting to the point that we won't even consider this location an option for a quick lunch or dinner.

2) Speaking of quick (or rather, the opposite) This location seems to be chronically under-staffed. If the location is at all "busy" - and by busy I mean 4 or 5 people/orders in line - you might be stuck their for 20-30 minutes. Delays can be even worse with online orders.

I try to be sympathetic to the employees since many people get into the restaurant and act like they've never been in a Subway before, but there is something lacking in the number of employees and the training of the ones that are there. Terrible efficiency and a general lack of urgency. I've been to other subways (Neus and Valencia, for example) where the lunch line is out of the door and gotten my food faster.
