Ordered a crunch wrap supreme, it came with no meat inside 🤦🏻♀️ then I ordered it again a few weeks later, added steak this time and it only had a few pieces of steak. They seem greedy with their meats.

Used my card for a purchase they charged me again 30 minutes after I was gone for the same amount and 3 days later again the exact amount I don’t know what’s going on but my card information doesn’t feel safe at this location
I called the first day and their response was it’s your bank
So unhelpful cash only at this location from now on

I am not the type to complain, but when I walked in and ordered my food on the kiosk because there was no one to be seen, card reader not working then i asked for customer service and was completely ignored by all the workers that were busy on their cellphone. So I walked out without my food and thought Who is the irresponsible manager that allows this??
I order here often but I am getting tired of how bad the food is consistently. Any other taco bell is better than this location. At this location, My taco shell is stale and never crispy. You either get too much meat or not enough meat. The food is not warm. You can tell they premake the food and let it sit out for hours before giving it to you. The lost can go on and on. The management of this place is terrible. The owner needs to eat a taco at this location and then go in town to a taco bell. At that moment you will truly see how bad his location is. Please check your food and check your staff before someone gets sick. This way of business may be fine now but as Sahuarita grows and more companies come in. Y'all will be out of business quick.

My crunch wrap Supreme was basically meatless. I had limp lettuce with sour cream and a corn tortilla pretty much. Pitiful portions. Will not go back.
