She is extremely knowledgeable and generously shared her expertise, making complex techniques easy to understand. Her openness and warm hospitality created an inviting learning environment where everyone felt comfortable asking questions and practicing skills. The class ran from 10a-7p but we went over by an hour because Cynthia wanted to ensure we left knowing and understanding each decorating technique. I appreciated that!
