Bad service. Server Charmaine is a terrible waitress. Takes forever to check on customer. Can never get attention to get refill or make additional order. Very unfriendly, seems like she has a bad attitude. This is over multiple visits not just today.

An adequate meal. I ordered the Brioche French toast and they sent out burnt food. They even had the audacity to place the burnt side down. When I took a bite it tasted burnt. So I flipped it over and saw it was very burnt. So I sent it back and got pancakes. If you’re a cook why send out burnt food? And then try to hide it by flipping it over. Sorry, but as a cook you should know you can’t mask or hide burnt taste/smell.

I had a T-bone steak with sweet corn and salad. The steak was good and the buttered corn was excellent. My wife ordered Mama's Fried Chicken House Salad. Unfortunately, the salad didn't contain cucumbers as described, but did have carrots instead. This is problematic for people with allergies, of course. The absolute highlight were the seasoned fries - hot, crispy, and full of flavor. Our waiter, Elijah B., was very friendly and attentive. The restaurant was clean and in good condition. Overall, it was great and reasonably priced. See attached receipt.

This place used to be great, the food was great, but of course ever since 2020, it has been downhill since. Saturday night & there are only about 2 servers working a full restaurant, my hats off to them because they were working hard even tho they were completely outmatched, so I will not place them blame on them, I will place the blame on management because it’s very obvious management is the cause of this downward spiral. Instead of hiding in the office or out of the restaurant, you should be on the floor helping your servers, or maybe offer better pay & you’ll get more who will want to work. Wait time is horrible & the food was nowhere near the quality it used to be. I wish there was more options for restaurants around the Window Rock area, maybe then with more competition, these current restaurants will step up their game. Disappointing to the max.

Had lunch here today 12-21-2024 thinking it would be good. We were wrong. Services took forever there was only one servers helping everyone out. He deserves an A+ the others were just talking in the back. The manager on duty wasn't helping at all so wasn't the others. The gentleman tried his best to get everything done. It wasn't busy at all food took awhile and refills too. One girl was just messing around with an earbud in her ear. Other members are just standing in the back talking. Hope this changes and helps fixes the problem.

This has been the worst food ever. Appetizer chicken wings (4) were almost burnt crispy. The chorizo was burnt, the fish inedible dry, the corn cold out of the can, and the fries overly done. Only the mustard sauce was good. We were so hungry and after waiting almost an hour for food, we ate what was edible and took the rest for our pets. Service was very minimal, if any. Only apologies from cashier for the bad food. Paid full meal price of $50, even left a tip.

After checking into motel next door hungry, went next door to Dennys and staff said it was closed due to 'no cook'. Servers were on duty but cook was absent. So went to bed hungry 😩.
