This place used to be great, the food was great, but of course ever since 2020, it has been downhill since. Saturday night & there are only about 2 servers working a full restaurant, my hats off to them because they were working hard even tho they were completely outmatched, so I will not place them blame on them, I will place the blame on management because it’s very obvious management is the cause of this downward spiral. Instead of hiding in the office or out of the restaurant, you should be on the floor helping your servers, or maybe offer better pay & you’ll get more who will want to work. Wait time is horrible & the food was nowhere near the quality it used to be. I wish there was more options for restaurants around the Window Rock area, maybe then with more competition, these current restaurants will step up their game. Disappointing to the max.

Had lunch here today 12-21-2024 thinking it would be good. We were wrong. Services took forever there was only one servers helping everyone out. He deserves an A+ the others were just talking in the back. The manager on duty wasn't helping at all so wasn't the others. The gentleman tried his best to get everything done. It wasn't busy at all food took awhile and refills too. One girl was just messing around with an earbud in her ear. Other members are just standing in the back talking. Hope this changes and helps fixes the problem.

This has been the worst food ever. Appetizer chicken wings (4) were almost burnt crispy. The chorizo was burnt, the fish inedible dry, the corn cold out of the can, and the fries overly done. Only the mustard sauce was good. We were so hungry and after waiting almost an hour for food, we ate what was edible and took the rest for our pets. Service was very minimal, if any. Only apologies from cashier for the bad food. Paid full meal price of $50, even left a tip.

After checking into motel next door hungry, went next door to Dennys and staff said it was closed due to 'no cook'. Servers were on duty but cook was absent. So went to bed hungry 😩.

Customer service is awesome. The host there was very polite to us. The manager's name Melerie was so kind, along with the waitress. Treating us like we were their family. We sure enjoyed our delicious dinner. Keep up the great work.

We had Jefferson for a server and Lance and Preston in the kitchen. Our service and food were superior. The best I have ever had eating at Dennys. I travel for work and eat out more than I would like to have to. They were so polite and attentive. My fries came out crisp like I asked for the Brisk-it-all Melt was one of the best breakfast sandwiches I have ever had. Top 10 for sure best ever. Our drinks never went empty. And even though you cloud tell we were keeping them late the most polite ,attentive, accurate, personable, friendly service I have ever had at the location which I’ve been to many times. Thank you guys for a wonderful meal after a long day of work. It was so appreciated and very enjoyable.

This is a standard American diner, but the food quality is disappointing. The chicken soup was too salty. The salad had wilted, old tomatoes. The chicken dish we ordered was also oversalted. Everything fried or sautéed had a distinct taste of old oil. The fish we ordered was dry, and they also failed to include the broccoli that was supposed to come with it. The quality of the food is terrible, and it feels like money down the drain. I do not recommend visiting this place. Inside, the tables are old, greasy, and dirty, and there is an unpleasant smell of oil throughout the diner. The overall atmosphere is not good. It tarnishes the reputation of the Denny’s chain, as other diners we’ve visited had much better quality. Here, they don’t seem to care or try to cook well.
Tried to order a vegetarian patty but was told they don't have it and haven't had it on their menu for over a year. So why is it still on the menu? My son has a vegan friend and was looking forward to this burger. We were disappointed.

The host was mad or mute. She didn’t greet us or even ask how many people were with us. She just stood there looking upset saying nothing. I said hi and told her 2 and a half people, she still said nothing, grabbed 2 menus and walked off. We followed her and sat down. Our server must have been new. She messed our order up. Then instead of fixing the problem she acted like it didn’t happen and put the correct order in. We waited over 30 mins to get our entire order. I talked to the manager but she seemed rude and unwilling to help. She did say sorry but almost sarcastically and said I’ll take %10 off your order as if that’s all I was trying to do was get a discount and walked off angrily. When I finally got my meal it was wrong again. It was just all around awful.
