Food and service was great 5 years ago, it went downhill when they changed the entire staff, stomach hurts now after each visit

The honey from shave ice has changed a lot and also the ice from shave ice is a single stone, you can't eat it and the place needs a little more cleaning.

They need one more person per shift. There are always 2 people working and the wait is 10 to 15 minutes. The quality of their products is good.

This place gets worse over time, the service took almost 20 minutes to deliver some strawberries with “cream” and some nachos that were cold and watery. The strawberries are bathed in milk, they don't even have a cream, it's literally strawberries with milk. The pieces are giant, they cannot be eaten or enjoyed. The person who served us ignored us for 10 minutes before taking our order, she spoke to us in a bad tone as if it bothered her that we were there. The manager only goes out to eat and doesn't care that the other workers don't know how to prepare the products. This place is well known by the people of San Luis Az, but apparently the workers stop caring about how important quality and good service is.

Stale churritos, bland ciruela raspado, very bad banana raspado, it was a banana shake with ice. Bland nacho cheese and for ever wait. Ice cream was ok, tasted like a two dollar ice cream. Prices are very cheap so just be ready to get for what you pay for.
