They should change the closing time to 9:45 and not 10:00 pm. Called at 9:45 for a teriyaki bowl and the person who picked up the phone limited their response to “we close in 5 minutes, I don’t have much left, what do you want?”, I told them that it was ok and disconnected the call.

I paid almost $20 for this roll! You can't even see how they promote their sushi on Instagram or Facebook. It is better to buy from people who make them at home and deliver hahahaha byeeee

I order a crunchy tempura roll.(with shrimp tempura) i got home to realize they had given me tuna. When i called to confirm i order the right roll the girl reassurred me it was shrimp. I explained to her that i did not receive shrimp but instead tuna. She explained to me that they don’t even use fish in their sushi strictly shrimp chicken and beef. She stated maybe it’s shrimp because shrimp is also pink like the fish. I asked for my money back since i live 25min away I didn’t want to return back just for one roll. They couldn’t accomidate and wanted to replace the roll with the correct roll. Offering nothing for the inconvenience. This establishment really needs to hire competent workers and not make customers seem like they’re the incompetent ones.

A very small place which doesn't bother me but keep it in mind if 6 or more people come. They need to improve their service or hire more staff, I have never had such a bad experience. We arrived at 8:45 (they close at 10), it took them 15 minutes to serve us while we were standing there at the counter/door, they served someone who arrived after us and then they wanted to deny us service because there was an hour left before closing, but they I commented that we arrived earlier and took the order although reluctantly. When I received the order it was incomplete and they only gave me a refund for what was missing. We waited more than an hour and in the end we had to go to eat at Jack in the Box because of their mistake.

I waited for my food for an hour and they gave it to someone else, they ran out of ingredients to make more food, they gave me a refund but it's not what I wanted. And the service is bad. I wasted my time and couldn't eat.
