Bryant has demonstrated consistently unprofessional behavior as a manager. He appears to misuse his authority, often holding employees responsible for issues that stem from the company’s own disorganization. My boyfriend recently started working here, and instead of offering support during training, Bryant repeatedly attempted to write him up for problems beyond his control. This kind of management creates an unfair and discouraging work environment. I hope upper management addresses this, as employees deserve leadership that is fair, supportive, and accountable.

As a fast food restaurant front service employee (from other company), I can sincerely confirm Wendy's food is actually really good, it's crunchy, it's well done, tastes good. the customer service is ok, can't demand an extremely good service since it's a new store, and I assume most of the employees are rookies, which is understandable, it's about time and practice to get to be better, and mistakes commonly happen, it's just a matter of knowing how to solve them, everything has a solution. San Luis is getting bigger, especially in that area, and I think they decided to open a Wendy's in the right place! It also looks modern, very clean, and looks hygienic as well 🧼 The atmosphere seems to be well organized, very friendly, and very professional as well, especially for a fast food restaurant, which surprises me. Even the manager, I don't remember his name, is very nice to customers, always asking if everything's fine, great leader. I love going there back and forth from mexico. My fave is the fuego meal w/ tangerine lemonade 🍊 and the ghost pepper sauce is 11/10 ❤️🔥 My fave fast food in san luis definitely! 🫶🏼❤️🩵 Congrats guys you are a great team, keep going!
