As a fast food restaurant front service employee (from other company), I can sincerely confirm Wendy's food is actually really good, it's crunchy, it's well done, tastes good. the customer service is ok, can't demand an extremely good service since it's a new store, and I assume most of the employees are rookies, which is understandable, it's about time and practice to get to be better, and mistakes commonly happen, it's just a matter of knowing...
