My car sustained several thousand dollars in damage at Jay's Travel Center by your maintenance person in October. Your regional manager, Nathan Kohler, has done nothing but lie to me. He had me get repair estimates and assured me that the repairs would be taken care of but kept refusing to give me your insurance information, first saying you may pay it out of pocket rather than file with insurance, and then saying that he had already filed a claim with your insurance. Beautiful State of the Art facility! My wife and I tried their Carne Asada Burrito,. It was delicious!! Very filling too!! Would recommend this stop every time!!
