We ordered our food came and picked it up and it was the wrong wings even though the receipt showed the proper order we called to get our actual order apon receiving them they were dry to the touch with not even enough sauce to cover the bottom of the box where the wings were. Very disappointing and not worth the money or drive!

we had put in a order at 12:45 for a dozen of wings and sat down got our wings at 1:05 and its now 1:45 we have been waiting for our pizza for an hour, im sorry but 3 people before us had gotten all there food and we were just sitting there waiting. we were curious so we went up to the front and they had said they lost our ticket. so we just put it in a to go order and left.

Pretty disappointed in the wings we got for delivery tonight. Next to no sauce (hot tasted very mild from how little there was). Overall the boneless wings, which are normally extremely good, just tasted like hard chicken nuggets which makes me sad. We also added on celery to both orders of wings and got none. Delivery guy was nice though!

The food is fine but be sure to call in instead of ordering online. The standard online email confirmation indicates a standard 75 minute wait. However, if the actual delivery time at the store does not match that, there is no mechanism for understanding differently. On a couple of different occasions we have called to verify delivery status after the 75 minute window came and passed. The result both time has been a 2.5 to 3 hour wait. Note these deliveries were made at 5pm on a Wednesday. May the odds be ever in your favor.

Came here to eat on the patio. The patio sucks and is in the sun all afternoon with no shade. We left.
Ordering food to go is always good but for some reason when we get the lunch special and eat inside it's just not quality or fresh tasting. Especially the salads. Staff is always very nice though.

Great spot for good food at great prices. Stopped in for lunch before a meeting... the staff is super friendly and helpful. The service was quick and food was delicious. Can't beat Barro's for the price and service. Will stop back by next time I'm in the area!

Update: Dec 5 - Last week the service was excellent and I have to say it does give me hope. The management also reached out with this review, acknowledged the situation and responded well. So grateful there are still businesses that care about both their clients and their staff.

Unfortunately, the speed of service is not there. I feel sorry for the girls working the front line as they have to continually explain, "Your order is just going into the oven and should be out in ten minutes." Three different times I have received that response. The first time, I arrived slightly early for my order, and it made sense. The second time, "10 minutes," took 25 minutes. And the final time, I arrived 20 minutes late, and it still took another 40 minutes before the food was ready!(1hr 40 minutes from time of order) Could you get a manager out there, apologize, explain the kitchen is overwhelmed, and do something to support those girls behind the counter? They don't deserve to deal with the frustration of all those guests waiting up to 2 hrs for their food. I am ready to start driving to a Barro's further away, knowing the time driving won't affect when I get the pizza home.

3:30 pm. Ordered 12 traditional wings, they CAN NOT give you more than one flavor like the other Barros I've been to. Son ordered 2 slices of cheese pizza, they CAN NOT give you slices of pizza like the other Barros I've been too, so he had to order a small. Fountain drinks were good though.
