Brooklyn V's Pizza

This is the absolute best pizza in the area! Granted, I haven't tried their other food so I can't give an opinion, but I can give a hypothesis based on the pizza and it's probably fantastic!

The Bruschetta had so many onions in it, that’s all you could taste. A Classic bruschetta DOESN’T have onions in the recipe. The garlic knots were hard as rocks, and pizza was old and reheated. Would not recommend 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Pizza was ok. Crust very dry. The $8 cheese cake was small. Didn’t even fill half of the take home tray.

I usually order the same order every week. Today (6/19/25) I was disappointed that I bought and picked up a large pizza, but received a cold, day old pizza.

Had an order for delivery. I did not get my salad and calamari was way overdone. Unable to chew.

18” Hawaiian Pizza very dry, scared to reheat may get more dry. 16 Hot Wings, ordered sauce on side, extra crispy, got soggy sauced wings and a side of sauce, sauce wasn’t too good in flavor and not hot more mild with a hint of buffalo flavor. Had better results at the Rittenhouse location, unfortunately more than likely will not be returning to this location (Gantzel/Ocotillo)

Usually, I would give Brooklyn V‘s a five star review, even though the food is always delicious today, the service sucked. The lack of communication From servers to customers was a little lacking this time around.

Food review: I am relatively pleased with just about every pizza I've ever had from here. Weirdly enough, I feel like the pizza isn't entirely filling unless I eat a lot (4 or more slices of an extra large). I will say I have been disappointed almost every time I order their wings, but I'm a fan of baked wings, and it seems like these are steamed, leaving them soft and less satisfying to bite into for me.

Service is always on point with what you can normally expect.

Atmosphere: When inside its close seating in a small space, it is understandable and possible to overlook. However, in my eyes, the vibe I get from the place is a little low energy. Whenever I've gone in to pick up a pizza even the employees look like the often feel like robots going through to motion and I think a little color to the space might brighten the atmosphere or what might be fun is a jukebox machine for people and employees to pick songs and play just for extra easy entertainment.

Parking: Even with other businesses there the parking seems always easy to get close to the building

The server was great, however my canzone was undercooked, yet burned on the bottom. I didn't want to make a big deal then since I was with friends and having a better time then anything else. I will stick with their sliced pizza and their antipasta salad.

I frequently order pizza delivery from Brooklyn V's and it is always a fast delivery and the pizza is really good. It is always hot and fresh when it arrives at our home.

Been living down here in San Tan for 21 years. Many pizza places have come and gone. I love their food here. And they sell single slices if you just want a quick lunch! Keep it up guys.
