Our usual Chinese place was closed on a Tuesday, so we decided to try this place and OGM! The food was okay. We only ordered two containers of soup, and the prices looked a little high, but we were okay with it.... until their nickel and diming fees kicked in. There is an add on fee for everything!!! Fee, after fee after fee. Our already pricey order for two soups went from $18 to over $30!!! First and LAST time. Never again...

I've eaten here several times, every single time we come food takes anywhere between 30-45 mins even for just fried rice. The prices are pretty outrageous for portion size. The attached photo is a 13 dollar meal of vegetable fried rice, the container pretty much fits in palm of my hand. The people at the counter are never very friendly, and overall their food is a very solid 3/10, always disappointing

I don't have an issue with their food really, but as I was looking over the menu I couldn't help but to be shocked at how expensive they've gotten. Soup is almost $10 and the black plastic prep carton of rice is around $12....like what? why? These same questions I know can be applied to most anything we purchase. I just know that eating out is definitely becoming a very less often choice.

We used to order take out from here at least twice a month. We went in for the first time to dine in and had 4 children with us. When we walked in we were asked if we would be taking ours Togo and I stated we would be dining in for the evening. I was then given the most disgusted look and my children got scoffed at by the younger employee working the cash register. He was so disrespectful and threw his hand up and told us to go find a seat. He had glasses and spiked hair and said his name was Jeffery. 1/26/24I told him since there’s a problem with us being here we would then go some place else. We weren’t going to stay and support their business when he was so disrespectful. His co worker walked out and asked why we were leaving and he told him he didn’t know. The food used to be wonderful but we won’t be back because of the disrespect their worker showed to us and my children.

Pretty good, smaller portions than normal. But still really good. Just needs to be more consistent on regular basis.

Got told their website was not their problem, forgot part of our order and now won't make it right. Still ate what they did send, it was mids. Don't recommend ordering online. Nor will we eat here again. I'll pay extra for delivery from another spot further away when I want this fix.

Food is okay unfortunately I found hair in 2 of 4 dishes and it’s kept me from returning. One strand maybe but in 2 meals is diabolical.

Update Jan 2024. Ordered pepper steak, cashew shrimp, a large won ton ($8.95 and feeds four), beef skewers, an egg roll. This is elevated Chinese food. The soup alone is a meal with so many fresh crunchy veggies added. Light broth, low sodium. Same with each entre - low sodium, light broth, crunchy veggies - which means fresh. I call it contemporary Chinese. Fast but nutritious healthy satisfying and affordable. Each entre will feed two-three. I'm still impressed. Chen's has a California-fresh Chinese -vibe kinda thing going on. More pics attached.Ordered take out. First time here. Completely delighted with the quality, taste, texture and price. Had the Hunan Beef with white rice and a spring roll and a cup of wonton soup. The soup was served with fresh crunchy cabbage. The beef had a great smoky flavor, good heat, fresh crunchy veggies, and the beef itself was thinly sliced and very tender. Will be back. I recommend. Pic attached.

HORRIBLE customer service, we walked into nobody at the cashier, so we grab a menu & let the person behind us go first, "Jeffrey" walks out & immediately looks at our family & asks if we're taking our order to go, we said no.. dining in is that ok? He rolls his eyes and huffs and puffs and says "SURE! Go ahead and take a seat!" We ALWAYS eat here as a family & have never had an issue but we will never be back & I will continue to let everyone I know know how horrible their customer service is. Even the customer behind us agreed how disgusting his response to us was. Embarrassing.

Ordered food to go for New Year's Eve. Terrible! No flavor at all in the house special fried rice or pork chow mein. What a waste of money.

Food was very tasty and hot. Service was good. Nice very little place, minimum amount of seating.
