By far the worst chick-fil-a I’ve ever been to. We’ve ordered from here three times so far and EVERY SINGLE TIME our order has been wrong. They just can’t seem to get things working properly. I get that it’s a new location so we were trying to give it time but they literally can’t get an order right. To be fair every time we’ve complained we’ve been compensated so the service hasn’t been bad. But at some point they’ve gotta learn how to do an order.

Got our food to go and they forgot to put my grandson's chicken nuggets in the bag. Of course they were too far from where we stop to eat to even go back to correct the matter. Disappointed.

This place really bombed. We’ve tried it a handful of times and every time we are extremely disappointed. The food quality is horrible which isn’t normal for chicfila. The app like is always super long it doesn’t save time we are always sitting there for 10 minutes waiting for our food and when we finally get it it’s cold. The chicken in the chicken sandwich is gummy in the worst way it’s like they took the un edible parts of a chicken and use them in their sandwiches. The fries are always wet and soggy and the soda is watered down and doesn’t taste like Diet Coke. It’s all very sad and isn’t the quality of food you’d expect from this company. The idea of not having inside dining in an Arizona location is also absolutely insane. This isn’t California the weather isn’t nice during the summer and it sucks waiting outside for your food. And them Turning their reviews off was dirty of them. Why not fix the problem rather than silencing the reviews? That was bizzare.

I bought a bowl of chicken noodle soup, the more expensive serving and it doesn’t have a single piece of chicken in it.. like really? This is chick fil an and I’m buying chicken noodle soup. There’s should be loads of chicken in it but instead I got chicken broth with noodles and a carrot

Food is equitable to any other location, but the outdoor only seating is odd. Tables were all dirty, trash all over the floor, & the misters (although off) drop on you while you eat ... Isn't the point of a covered patio to not get rained in while you eat? Also wouldn't come with kids as there's no boundary to the parking lot & right on a busy intersection.

Worst place to be at if your deaf. They were calling my name and I was looking at phone and waited few mins and nothing so I got up to pick up and asked if my order was ready. They said it was n they told me they called my name. I told them I told the cashier I'm deaf and I was upset by their not good teamwork they have. How the hell can I hear my name if I'm deaf!!!!! Will not be going back. Discrimination place.

Twice now I’ve gone through the drive thru with the mobile app that they promote and I haven’t gotten sauces ordered or utensils. Don’t bother bringing it up to the Manager Dulce, she will say “sorry” then give you an attitude like it’s not her responsibility. Tired of driving 20 mins to not get my entire order. Not mention, the servings are never consistent. Thanks for my bowl of eggs, two hashbrown rounds, and one piece of chicken.

Handed me a shake without lid on and cut in the side after waiting 15 minutes at the window for 3 small shakes while they were laughing and playing around. Spilled shake all over my wife and my truck. Called back to ask for a new one and got ignored twice, third time they answered laughing and said “hello?” Laughed some more then said thanks for calling what can I do for you? I asked for the manager. Hailie apologized and said they would make a new shake. Great ??
Pulled up to get said shake, kids are staring at my wife through the window but wouldn’t open it… finally got the shake and napkins to clean up the mess without any sort of apology, Hailie was no where to be found.
While looking up how to do a survey 2 employees came running out of the building playing tag..
I’m terrified to drink the shake after seeing their idiocy, who knows what they did to it.
