Love the food but the staff is rude. Came in for a birthday reward and had to talk to 3 different employees before being able to get it. If you're able to go to a different location safe yourself the hassle and go there

I’ve had my fair share of bad experiences at this Chick-fil-A, but today was by far the worst. The drive-thru situation is a disaster. I typically order ahead to save time leaving 15 minutes later to give them a buffer to prepare my order. Yet, I’m consistently stuck waiting in line for 30 minutes because they can’t manage their orders or move cars through efficiently. To make matters worse, I had to wait an additional 20 minutes after I ordered, and during that time, the car in front of me flipped me off because I was frustrated and late for work. What really pushed me over the edge, though, was seeing an employee laugh at the situation with the customer who flipped me off. I’ve seen this employee working here before, and this behavior is completely unacceptable. It’s disappointing, especially considering how much I’ve enjoyed Chick-fil-A in other locations. I won’t be coming back to this one and will stick to the QC location from now on. Please get your act together and fix the drive-thru, it’s beyond time.

Didn’t even receive my chick fil a sauce or ranch from my DoorDash order. I don’t have a vehicle right now either, so I had to order a bottle of chick fil a sauce because eating this without any sauce is sad. End of the day I wanted to settle down and eat, but you guys seriously had to forget the easiest thing you’re popular for? The sauce? Crazy.

Ever since Covid they shrunk the level of not surprised this place has a 3.2 star rating! Seemed slow and disorganized. Also asked for 8 chick fil a sauces and got none. The lady at the window said the drinks straw was in the bag. There was no straw… also granola and dried berries in the little bag of toppings for the salad has shrunk. Also this time I was blown away at how little of a grilled chicken portion was in my salad, it was half the portion it used to. This place has been a let down. Saying my pleasure doesn’t make up for all your mistakes made when I order food.

This is an open patio environment. It was pleasant when I was there but I'm not sure if I would return in the heat or if there was any type of weather.

By far the worst chick-fil-a I’ve ever been to. We’ve ordered from here three times so far and EVERY SINGLE TIME our order has been wrong. They just can’t seem to get things working properly. I get that it’s a new location so we were trying to give it time but they literally can’t get an order right. To be fair every time we’ve complained we’ve been compensated so the service hasn’t been bad. But at some point they’ve gotta learn how to do an order.

Got our food to go and they forgot to put my grandson's chicken nuggets in the bag. Of course they were too far from where we stop to eat to even go back to correct the matter. Disappointed.
