Chipotle Mexican Grill

I got off work late 6/25 and submitted an order for pickup. I ordered a steak quesadilla, white rice, corn and sour cream. When I picked up my order it was not in the original package quesadillas come in. They stuck it in a bowl when I asked why it was in a bowl. She claims that they ran out of the trays. Okay.
Finished driving all the way home, To open my quesadilla and found out all I have is sour cream, NO rice and NO corn, and the meat was not steak, it was the chipotle honey chicken.
A majority of it was soup and glued to the container and smells rancid. I cannot eat honey and had to throw this away. It would have been one thing if when I pulled up to get my order the employee had stated we were out of steak, and offered another option BUT NO.
Tried to call the store a couple times nobody answered, Paid $14 for absolutely nothing that I could even eat. I will be disputing this with my bank, if the manager in the morning is as incompetent as the other employees and refuses a refund. I DO NOT trust this location.

Order for a set pick up time arrive before time live four minutes away get home pull the burrito out of the bag within 6 minutes of picking it up and it is ice cold. Like the burrito it self feels like it was pulled out the fridge and not heated up all the way. Tried to call and that’s not possible I doubt their owners or corporate cares but my community right down the road does and I will share my experiences with our Facebook group because there may not be a ton of good options out here but if you care so little about your customers food and think your the only show in town and we will just take bad service cold food no help after a bad experience your wrong
Update after looking at some of the other bad reviews that said to reach out customer support I did that and it was as useless as the ice cold burrito. I guess “customer support” cares as much as the store!!!

Me and my bf came in to get food and the staff were not very nice and most of them just stood there staring at us the whole time. And when we ordered food they gave us the most tiniest scoops of everything and when we asked for extra they had a attitude about getting us more. I've been to way better Chipotle than this and actually give us food and very fresh compared to this restaurant. I would recommend the Chipotle in queen creek ocotillo they actually serve you I won't be back here if I dont have to. Very dissatisfied and disappointed do better.

I have gotten food from this location multiple times, every time I get it the brown rice is uncooked and basically rocks. I took 2 bites today and thought i broke a tooth. I would advise the staff learn how to cook rice since it is an issue every time i get it. $16 for an inedible bowl is ridiculous. I won't be ordering from this location again.

While the food, and staff were generally really good, It seems every time I come here there is a dispute between coworkers. Brother working tortillas and first stage bowls was working his butt off! keeping consistent speed and keeping the line moving, however one of the staff was unable to keep up and spoke to him as if he was a dog in training. It just felt very unprofessional to grill someone who really wasn't at fault from a customer who is 12' away from the situation and just took away from a pleasant experience. Keeping doing hard work brother!

Worst Chipotle in AZ

The always get my order wrong when piece through the app!

Disappointed the last couple times I’ve been here. The first time they only filled up my bowl half way and it was an online order pickup so I didn’t find out until I got home. Came back in to get it replaced and they gave me undercooked steak. It was raw, and gave me a bad stomach ache. Tonight I decided to try again, came in at 9:00 and ordered a bowl with steak and a chicken burrito. The rice was severely undercooked, hard and crunchy. We asked for a side of salsa, thought they might’ve put it in the bag but sure enough I got home and no salsa for my fiance so she got dry rice in her burrito and no salsa. I was also not surprised to see that there was barely any steak in my bowl, he made sure to hide it under the guacamole as I was grabbing a lemonade. Funny enough, the lady didn’t even give us the right receipt, I got an “uber eats” receipt from somebody else’s order… Not sure how you make 3 mistakes at once, but something’s clearly going wrong here at this location. $30 for undercooked rice, barely any steak or undercooked steak and a missing receipt… Much appreciated Chipotle!

Terrible customer service, undercooked rice and beans, and not accommodating for allergies. Other locations change the spoons and the guac/corn out as the cheese (dairy allergy) usually gets into all those buckets at the end. Don’t got to this location!!!

Every time I have got an order from this location the rice is never cooked all the way. The bowl is too expensive to get uncooked rice. Use a rice cooker or something or get a person that actually knows how to cook.

When I went in to pick up my order, the place smelled gross and disgusting and almost just completely ruined my appetite.
I started eating my food but my order was wrong and creamy white, even tho I didn't order any queso? The path of sickness continues. After a few bites of an unappealing burrito bowl, tried my guacamole and chips, but the guacamole literally had no taste. Only had a few bites of everything and now I'm am also sick. I DEFINITELY got food poisoning from this place. It's disgusting and because of THIS location I may never ever want Chipotle again. Worst chipotle I've ever been to . I was already having a terrible day so thanks for making it so much worse.

I’ve been to multiple chipotles in almost every state across the United States and this one was hands down the worst. Unfortunately it’s the one closest to my house.
The place is dirty. The food was all being scraped out of the bottom so who knows how long it’s been since they first made it. This is at 3pm as well not the end of the day. The workers were rude and didn’t want to give us anything other than rice and beans for a quesadilla side. The chips were nothing but crumbles. The trash cans were overflowing. Just not a good trip. I’ll be making the longer drive to the other one in Queen creek.

Just one of the worse franchises that has gone to crap over the years. I tried Chipotle over and over the last couple years but they have failed me. This will be my last time eating here ever.
