It was so awful. The two girls up front were moving and talking so fast I couldn’t understand anything. It took 10 minutes just to pay. It was so stressful. Then we went up to order soda and we waited and no one helped us. So we asked. And they looked at us like we were dumb that we didn’t go to the counter. I work at Burger King and yall can definitely do better than this

This location is always a disappointment. It is always filthy, both the lobby and the back kitchen area. The young dark haired tall skinny young girl with the hippie patches on her jeans tonight 4/19/24 @8:00pm, was rude, throwing stuff around, rushing everyone down the line. She was rushing people along so fast that they were messing up their own order. Then because they didn’t want to make new batches of things they scraped the very bottom in nothing but juice to pull out a spoonful of soggy old tomatoes. The cheese quesadillas were so over cooked that you couldn’t tell there was any cheese on them at all. They cracked in half and flaked away they were burnt. Save your money and go elsewhere.

We go here all the time and never had an issues until last night. We placed an order for delivery and we always get my youngest who has autism a veggie bowl because she struggles with chewing the meat. We found it to be one of the things she can eat with no issues. Last night she was eating and started to gag and choke a little and when we got the food out of her mouth we found a big sticker from the avocados in her food. I know mistakes happen but the reason for the two stars is because it is impossible to call and talk to anyone. I did the message thing and got no call back at all. If you eat here check your food to make sure you don’t have non food items in your food. 12 dollar bowl got tossed out because she was too scared to eat after this. They need to work on their customer services and make it possible to call and talk to someone when there is an issue.

ordered 2 bowls, 1 salad from the app.first, only one container was marked with a name. why ask "who's this for?" on the app if it's not indicated on the container, kinda pointless.second, one of the bowls was the simplest of all the orders: steak, white rice, tomato salsa, cheese. this bowl had the most amount of ingredients. felt like whoever prepared the bowl looked at it and was like "nah fam, there needs to be more in this bowl" and just added all the things. this was also the only container that was labeled. very wrongly though.third, the salad (one of the unmarked containers) was the only order correct. and there were many options requested with it. we can verify the steak is legit because the bone was included. at no extra charge too!finally, the last bowl had roughly the same amount of options as the salad, but guess what, it wasn't all there. i even looked at the other bowl to see if that one's extra stuff was what this bowl was missing. alas, it was not, so i stand by my belief of whoever prepared that bowl adding all the things. perhaps another person prepared this bowl and decided to only add some of the things. or maybe it was the same person, and they were just "evening things out". who even knows? i sure don't, and it seems like this store don't either.employees aren't the most friendly, but who need friendliness, when orders can't even be prepared correctly. save your time and money and drive down hunt 5 minutes to eat at cafe rio.

Thus us the WORST Chipotle ever. NEVER ORDER ONLINE Rice is always mushy, meats are normally old, staff has no idea what's going on. I live 5 mins away but always go to one that's 45 mins further. They need new management and/or staff. Going in isn't much better....

Today was my first and probably last time at a Chipotle. The girl behind the counter was soooo rude and aggressive, even though we were the only 2 people there. The manager was sitting at a table doing manager things and didn't even look up. The guy at the register just seemed confused and rang something up wrong. Nobody explained the many upcharges for everything and I didn't see anything on the menu about it. The food was cold and seemed like it had been sitting out for a while. 0/5 do not recommend.
