I got this cookie dough blizzard and I asked them to make sure it wasn’t runny. They literally blended again and gave me this crap.

I wish I can give no stars the manager is so immature and rude. NOT only to me but to her fellow coworkers.These workers are young kids trying there best in a rush and obviously seemed stressed and frustrated and the manager yelling at them givubg then rude sarcastic comments and just being a mean girl to them does not help the situation. It is very unprofessional to have everyone just hear the way she speaks to her crew members . Do better .

Worst parking lot design I've ever seen

We just went there tonight got 3 blizzards 1 ny cheese cake with extra strawberries 1 lg ny cheesecake with extra gram cracker and 1 lg ny cheesecake with extra gram extra strawberries and extra cheese cake. All 3 had the exact same consistency so thy didn’t add any of the extra to any of them even thought we paid for it. They’ve done this every time we have gone in there. So we waited about 4 months and tried it again. Same results. I’ve never called the many times before it’s happened but I did tonight. In order to get a refund I have to bring in the receipt I like 20+ minuted away. They just made them they know they forgot to add the items and on my dime I have to go get a refund. When they could credit my card. Save your time and money there’s a new Dairy Queen a little further on hunt highway they always make them correctly. But this place do better, be better stop ripping people off and waisting their time to correct your mistakes.

Friendly staff, fast service at the drive through, order was correct. One of our favorite Dairy Queen locations to go to! Never had an issue with any orders here. Inside the lobby is always clean with an air conditioned comfortable space to enjoy your ice cream. Clean bathrooms.

I have been to this location a few times and evertime the service has been good and the dining area was acceptable. Just fyi this is NOT a DQ Grill location so come here expecting icecream not burgers or chicken.

Don't recommend going to Dairy Queen. The foreigners is took an over the Dairy Queen name. That is not owned by America. No more as far as I know what I have read, the Americans don't own Dairy Queen anymore. The owners, it's lower, took the cups and swunk them down to not even baby size cups, it's a joke, we should run them out of town.

I did the car drive through, they immediately asked for my order and they answered my questions about what was in each item 😸
Very good portion sizes, especially the dip cone!
Unfortunately my dip cone and vanilla shake both tasted a little like cardboard so the vanilla might be freezer burned today

The prices skyrockted and the toppings amount in the blizzard went down. Culvers and Freddys are up the street and are 10x better used to go to dq cause it was cheaper. Now they are the same price for something now even on the same level or discussion as a freddys or culvers, I don't know why anyone would go here anymore?
