Dairy Queen (Treat)

I just tried to get a $100 in gift cards. A young man started them and then was called away, I waited 30 min. For someone to come and finish them. I finally asked the young man if he was going to finish them he said he was 20 min. Over his shift and someone else would help me. I waited another 5 or so min. nobody acknowledged I was waiting still!! So I left. I have bought gift cards at this dairy queen twice a year for about 5 years!!! Poor management. Terrible experience. I'll buy them somewhere else from now on!

this is the banana the came that came in my banana split. it has a weird smell too very upset. i know that a ripe banana turns brown but this is almost too brown and on top it has a weird smell

Kind of a hit or miss. A week ago I got a cone in a blizzard cup and it was perfectly in tact. Tonight I got a cone in a cup and she smashed it in a small cup. When I asked for a new one she did it again but less. Seems management needs to really figure out the training situation. I'll adjust my review when I return.

Overall it’s good but dang it!! Get the orders right!! We’ve been here a ton and about 75% of the time it’s not correct or they don’t listen to order adjustments.

I have been to this Dairy Queen 20+ times now.16+ times have been through the drive-thru, and they are fast! The efficiency and quickness rivals any fast food chain. This location has the drive-thru mastered. The girls or guys are always so friendly and happy. Great experience every time. And always the treats are perfect or as my teenagers say Mint or Blizzards are Gas!Now I have stopped inside 4 or 5 times and I have to tell you that the service is lacking. All 4 or 5 times I have gone inside, it takes a while for a worker to even notice you at the counter. Once they finally see you, they make eye contact and keep on keeping on. It's wild. I literally stand there watching multiple workers see me before one finally says "be right with you." 3 to 6 treats out the driver-thru window, and finally, someone walks over to take my order. I pay, and then you wait 5 to 10 mins before you get your treat. I'm guessing you could go through the drive-thru 2 times in the same time you can get your treat from inside.

Parking: Fair amount of parking. But drive-thru is fast so no need to park

I ordered myself a blizzard ice cream and a banana split, they made me wait for 15 to 20 mins and they never gave me my ice cream and they had my banana split ice out for a long time. I got so mad and I yelled at a lady and I told er her to give me a refund back. NEVER AGAIN COME HERE!!!!!
