“Ice cream machine broken” constantly?? Its an ice cream place

We ordered an ice cream cake and asked them to put Happy Birthday on it. They cheerfully promised us they would do that . We wanted bless our son-in-law. Uber delivered the cake and it was totally blank. What an embarrassment.

Who wouldn't give ice cream five stars? It also helps of course that the service was friendly and timely!

Great place for a quick sweet treat, love their blizzards.

We enjoy coming here as a family but this last visit we had an odd experience. We ordered two kids cones and two small blizzards. They told me the total at the window and thought it was high but just paid anyways. Drove all the way home and looked at the receipt and we were charged for the large size on every single item. One item I can understand as an accident but being charged for the large size for all of them is odd. Called the store they had no idea what to do and we never figured it out. probably won’t be back to this location.

One day I went to this Dairy Queen, I was ordering and everything was fine but then the lady turns into a new lady but this one was mean.. She was rushing me and speaking to me with an attitude while I was trying to figure out my order. Then I asked for extra fudge and she failed to add extra, ready it’s not over she then tried to offer me a banana split without the bananas. HELP

absolutely Terrible experience.

My friends in town from the navy! We were hanging out eating tacos when we got on the top of snack when the trust banana split was brought up. We quickly were devastated to find out that my buddies girlfriend had never had one!

So of course, we stop by the local DQ TO GET OFFERED A BANNALESS SPLIT.

Sooo Of course we have to switch up the game plan when the sweet lady on the other end turns into the rude manager rushing us into getting a dipped cone and a extra fudge Sunday that came with not even the regular amount of fudge.

INNN. SANE!!!

Drive through experience was terrible. I tried to order 3 banana splits for me my girlfriend and my friend. They then said, “we only have one more banana” like excuse me??? So we had to switch up the game plan and only get one. But then the drive through lady offered me a “bananaless split”. I felt highly offended and not only that. The rude manager whoever was working on DEC162025 at 2141pm. She was aggressive and rude, absolutely disgraceful. I am a tax paying American veteran and to get treated like this is disgusting. I pray they go out of business.

I went in side to order a little after 1pm. The place was completely empty and no one came to the counter. I waited about 10 min. I figured maybe they were busy in the back so I went to the bathroom, came back out, waited another 5 min. Still no sign of life. I just ended up just trying to go through the drive through. After waiting a few min, I ordered ice cream. Got to the window and it was STILL wrong.

Tell me why my fudge sundae was more like vanilla ice-cream in a cup. I knew inflation was bad but I didn't think it was gonna be this bad

This Dairy was a complete disappointment. The service and Food were bad. Old Chile for the Chile dogs

Service is horrible here, I ordered through the drive thru and did not receive all my drinks. I had to loop around and go in to the store to get what I ordered. There was nobody in the counter and I waited patiently until I saw someone in the back and I said that I was missing a smoothie from my order. With a rude response she said that I have to wait while she just stood there yelling at the other employee who was busting her butt at the drive thru..

Waited a few minutes at the counter to even be helped. Nobody else in the restaurant and nobody in drive-thru. Seems odd this place has nothing but hot dogs and chips…no other food. We got a meal anyway(with chips, because they don’t have fries), but were advised the soda machine wasn’t working properly 🤦🏻‍♂️. If you only want treats, this place is fine but if you want a meal, it’s best to look elsewhere.

Ordered a strawberry cheesecake blizzard the first time it was was really good so i went back the next day and got it, i got three pieces of cheese cake and a half more like quarterly mixed blizzard when i got home i scooped from the bottom it was ALL vanilla!! Im honestly just sad that i have to waste my money at big companies and not get what i pay for
