I ordered myself a blizzard ice cream and a banana split, they made me wait for 15 to 20 mins and they never gave me my ice cream and they had my banana split ice out for a long time. I got so mad and I yelled at a lady and I told er her to give me a refund back. NEVER AGAIN COME HERE!!!!!

Yep this place is definitely hit or miss. Seems like they can’t get a simple blizzard order right.. it should be that hard. I have been charged for the car behind me even though was told my total at the window. Seems like there’s always new people working there but it really shouldn’t be that hard to put two ingredients in a blizzard..

I ordered a small oreo blizzard and they managed to mix cheesecake bits into it and it wasn't one piece it was multiple. Another time I had also ordered a Royal Reese's Fluffernutter blizzard in medium but no marshmallow in the middle.?

for the past month I come here every weekend they tell me they out of banana splits. They just to lazy to make it. Went through the drive-through again and asked for something else with bananas in it, and they gave it to me. Don't go here employees are Lazy and should lose there job

The service here is hit or miss. Some of the kids working are rude and offensive. They sometimes get your order right and sometimes they don’t! Everything usually tastes good, but a gamble what you’re going to get. We come here often, it’s always the same. DQ is freakin expensive these days too.

Came to this location 2weeks ago on a Friday night around 8:30 pm. Went through the drive through and tried to order a blizzard. The girl working was so rude she and asked me twice in a rude tone what do you want. Then she said just pull forward and didn't tell me my total and that she was so annoyed. So I said never mind and took my business else where. Looks like from the comments that I'm not the only one that had experience this. I will go to sonics instead now.

Super rude service tonight. In the drive thru they just kept asking "is that all" when I ordered a meal and they didn't get the drink or other details. Then the girl at the window kept telling me, "you can't order that," with lots of attitude and eye rolls. Then she finally got a manager, also very rude and tons of attitude, but made the computer happy with the order. Then, after I paid, they messed up the order all together, it was the wrong food! When I politely asked for a refund and handed the food back to them, they both looked at me like I was stupid and in the wrong. I got more attitude and told they didn't know how to refund my order, finally gave me cash back, along with my card. I never received a receipt, a please or thank you, or an "I'm sorry" during this entire transaction. No thank you! I don't need to go anywhere and treated this way! Also, only the manager was wearing a name tag, but it was attached to her hat, so I couldn't even see who these people were.

This location really needs help with customer service experience. It starts with management (Honna). Hopefully thie franchise leader can put some effort into this location so they can better their ratings.
