Idk how you mess up 2 orders that were explained clearly. The wait time was forever too all for the order to be messed up, pricing was wrong, items were on different checks, drink was the wrong size and the service was mediocre. I hope dunkin see's every one of these negative reviews and fixes their issues.

If i could give negative stars i would. I love Dunkin, but this location has found a way to systematically screw up every process that makes Dunkin convenient. Drinks made wrong, the physical cup is always drenched with whatever beverage is supposed to be inside the cup, orders taking on average 20 minutes to recieve (thats being generous). They have so many employees but you wouldnt know it by how long your order takes. I have tried time and time again to try this location but it honestly gets worse every visit. This location is not a good example for how other Dunkin locations are ran.

Where do I start? Bottom line, this place is the worst of the worst if you judge it solely on quality of donuts. Granted Dunkin has taken the Donuts out of their name and rightfully so, because their donuts look and taste terrible. They are made in a central location and shipped to the store, in what appears to be a cardboard box, frozen and kicked around for good measure judging by the appearance of the donuts in the case. Their selection is a joke, they should be ashamed of the overall quality and appearance. This particular location is dirty, unkept, despite an absurd amount of kids working here and behind the counter. It feels like I'm walking into a High School concession stand. If there was a Bosa Donuts within a few miles this place wouldn't even exist. I'd rather buy a donut from Quick Trip than go here again. Sad, sad, sad.

If i could give negative 5 stars i would. Wait time in the drivethrough to be determined. Ive been in line for almost 40 min this morning and havent ordered yet. If you cant get to customers in the drive through in a decent amount of time, you should close this drive through. Also out of coffee. And now im going to be late taking my son to school. This is by far the worst drive through experience ive ever had in 40 years of going through the drive through anywhere. The service is bad, wait time is horrible and unexceptable and this place is disgraceful. Dont go here unless you want to be treated like you DONT MATTER! JUST AWFUL.
Often I have to wait up to 30 minutes for my food orders. Often they forget that I even ordered. One particular female employee was very mean to me and never even started my order when I asked about it. Eventually another employee stepped up and after 30 minutes; she got someone to make my order. I don't how the sandwich was cold after it was just made and the hash brown bites were stale. Looks like I was targeted for mistreatment as soon as I walked in simply because my ethnicity.

They just redid this building and it looks fantastic. The food and coffee here is amazing as its a brand new set up. However the staff is not verry attentive and it takes a long time to get food or coffee. Almost the same pace as the Sonic next door.

EDITED (a few months later): Idk what's happening but the new staff is AWFUL. Carrington is my coffee hero. Not anyone else. I came in this morning, into the store, to order my extra shots separate and mix it into my coffee myself, so that the new staff can physically SEE that they are making my coffee wrong. But I didn't have to. Because Carrington was working, and my coffee was FLAWLESS, the way it always is when my favorite staff is working. The new staff tried to turn me away a few days ago saying they "already added my extra shots and you can go now." They got to stand right there today and watch my coffee come out correct, and DARK... I'm not paying $11 for milk, people. Sorry.
I will be consistently dropping stars until Carrington gets proper support staff. I am not okay with only getting my coffee right half the time. I need more than one coffee hero. I DRINK SO MUCH COFFEE. This is my favorite dunks... don't make it suck.
