We ordered coffee for work today and it was kind of annoying that the drinks turned out like this. I'm sorry to leave this review but it's not what I ordered. The bagel we ordered didn't even come with cream cheese either

It would’ve been better if the cashier would’ve smiled a bit. He looked bothered. The donut holes were a bit stale. But thanks to the lady working there because she was cool. Thank you!

Horrible Dunkin. The boys who were working are talking crap about customers and laughing at them right in front of customers at the window. They don’t know their menu, and didn’t listen when we asked for whip cream. They should be ashamed of themselves. Avoid until they can get new staff. This happened 2/1/25 at 10 AM

I've been visiting this location on and off for years, but I stopped going about eight months ago because the croissants would become hard after being warmed, and the bagels were tough. There always seemed to be an issue when I visited.
The biggest problem has always been the hot chocolate. I specifically request mine with almond milk, but they never stir it properly. After eight months, I decided to give them another chance, hoping the issue had been resolved. Unfortunately, it wasn’t. I went through the drive-thru and clearly asked them to stir my drink. The employee assured me it was no problem, but when I received it, it was just as clumpy as before. I don’t want to chew my hot chocolate!
I took it back and requested a refund, explaining the issue to the manager. Instead of using this as an opportunity to coach her team and prevent the mistake from happening again, she simply poured it out. I told her I wouldn’t be returning—at least not for the hot chocolate. It was a disappointing experience.
On a positive note, the customer service was better than before, which might be due to a new manager. However, they are still making the same mistakes with the hot chocolate. The clumps were massive, and if I specifically asked them to stir it—especially after past experiences—they should have honored my request. Having to return was an inconvenience. I also mentioned my previous issues to the manager, and that should have been a teaching moment for her team. A good manager would take the opportunity to correct the issue rather than just dismissing it.
I really hoped for a better experience this time, but unfortunately, it was still disappointing.

Dry hard donuts and no variety. What happen to the real dunkin donuts literally donut is in the name of the store. Bosa has dunkin beat by a landslide, i will never go back to dunkin donuts!

Austin was working this weekend and helped us out when we had an issue with our order through the app. Since it was the apps fault, he took care of it and we really appreciate it. They got our order done quickly and efficiently on the fly, and we were on our way like nothing happened. Thanks again Austin, for making the difference between a good experience and a great experience.

So light ice here means Light Drink. Looks like the employee drank 1/4 of it for me 🤔 😡
Food had a chemical like taste and smell. Maybe the cleaning chemicals on the equipment.

Update 10/23- this went from a 1 star to 5 star location back to 1 star. A few more minutes down hunt and you can go to a much better location.
To management please train your employees to fill the cup up to the top.
I have to say there is a HUGE change and they WERE giving excellent customer service for a while NOT anymore.

Idk how you mess up 2 orders that were explained clearly. The wait time was forever too all for the order to be messed up, pricing was wrong, items were on different checks, drink was the wrong size and the service was mediocre. I hope dunkin see's every one of these negative reviews and fixes their issues.
