They messed up the donut hole order, fine I can let that slide but tell me why does my bagel breakfast sandwich taste and smell like chemicals? No one answers the phone, no I don't want a new sandwich I want my money back.
I usually have no issues when going to this location. But, recently their speaker has been awful, I have to repeat myself multiple times. This morning, after repeating myself multiple times, I am still given the incorrect sweetener in my drink, not a huge deal, I take it and go about my morning. As I go to drink it just now, I notice something floating in my coffee. See pictures below.

Waited 15 minutes for our food and then when I questioned where it was, they completely forgot about our order. Not just that, When my daughter opened her bag of munchkins, There was an ant crawling around inside.

Wait took 20 minutes for two coffees and two sandwiches. Food was cold and tasted like cardboard. Coffee didn’t have the flavors that were ordered. Worst service I’ve had at a Dunkin’

Each time I come in to pick up mobile orders, the line is wrapped around the building, the in-store pickup area is backed up, and the order screens inside are blinking with unfulfilled tickets. Customers waiting inside appear just as delayed as those in the drive-thru.
Despite there being around seven employees present, very little actual work seems to be happening. Staff members are having personal conversations on the floor—often using inappropriate language—and moving so slowly that it feels like everything is at a standstill. It routinely takes an excessive amount of time just to prepare one food item and one drink.
On top of that, there’s often a burnt, chemical-like smell inside the store, and the donut case is almost empty by 10 AM, which is concerning for a morning-based business.
Overall, the lack of urgency, professionalism, and cleanliness is extremely frustrating, and it creates a consistently negative experience. I’m hoping management can address these issues so customers can receive the level of service expected from Dunkin.

Austin has a terrible attitude. I attempted to order 3 dozen donuts his response was very annoyed as he stated “3 dozen ugh. Hold on” and without even listening to what I wanted he stated “our policy is that you can only buy assorted donuts when buying dozens” when asked why if I need something different he answer “it’s my policy and I am the assistant manager”. He has a terrible attitude, this store is never stocked and every time only has 3 or 4 total options. Another worker attempted to resolve the matter nicely, however refused to give me corporates phone number. Sadly, terrible customer service and need more training.

This location has a lot of lazy people. 15+ minutes waiting in line! One girl is always running around making orders while the rest just stand around for social hour. They always make orders wrong and when you ask them to fix it, you’re told no and to contact online services. The manager told me he’d refund me for my mobile order since they were out of large cups and that never happened.

Hello bad service when you walk in no one says hello or welcome you can tell all the workers here do not like there jobs and not any since the urgency to get orders done in a timely manner you can just tell they all just go with the flow. They all just walking around grabbing the drink slowly and there’s really no engagement with customers and you can just tell it’s a bother to take a order from customers with the staff attitudes unacceptable

I stopped here yesterday for some breakfast and coffees. I spent forty dollars. I took a bite of the sandwich and it had a burnt taste. I took a second bite and it was a chemical burnt taste. It was like my food was cooked in an electrical fire. They also gave me two wrong coffees. I tried to call to warn them about the chemical toxic flavor in the food but the number listed is not on service. I tried calling corporate but nobody returned my call. The toxic flavor gave me a migraine for most of the morning because I couldn't wash the taste out of my mouth. If you have ever smelled a burnt electrical fire, that's what it tasted like for hours.
