Went through the drive-thru to get a dozen of assorted donuts any breakfast sandwich. The total was around $22.00, and they did not have the proper change to give me back, so I had to use a credit card. Luckily, i had one on me, so that inconvenience wasn't half of it . When I got back to my destination with the donuts and opened the box. I blamed myself for not opening the box before I left the drive-thru window. I would have never accepted the donuts .. Dunkin' Donuts, I know you can do better...

I ordered two iced coffees with cream and sugar. The color of the drinks was extremely dark, the top of the drinks were foamy (why I don't know), and the taste was horrible. From the time I ordered and when I received them, it took 17 minutes. Keep in mind that no one was in front of me either. Ever since the remodel, I think it went downhill

I enjoy everything about this spot service is quick and the staff is very upbeat. Literally staff here keeps me coming back! The great drinks and food make it all a win !
Staff seemed more about joking around then, helping customers. Parking is a mess drive through was full went inside. The remodel looks good would go smoothly if management was doing its job.

They had me prepay for my dozen donuts before I realized they hardly had any donuts left. It's 1pm and they close at 8pm today and I was told they make their donuts in the morning and when they run out then they are out for the whole day. They do not continue to make donuts during the day to meet the needs of their customers. How do you run a business like this? Oh yeah you get me to prepay for my donuts and then tell me you barely have anything left for the day. There's 6 more operating hours in their day and they have barely any donuts left. Terrible business model. Will never come back.

My order took a long time Friday am and was incorrect. However, I returned in the afternoon and Claudette took great care of me by replacing the order. She is awesome and I appreciate it!
My sourdough egg sandwich tasted very off so I looked at it and there was green mold on it???

This is by far the worst Dunkin I've been at. Every time I order, I have to pay at the window and get 'parked' and wait about 15 minutes for my food, and it's ALWAYS wrong. I have also had Uber eats deliver and my order was wrong. I called and no one answered. Will go out of my way to go to the Dunkin near San Tan Flats. Avoid if possible.

Been here two different days.Once morning, once evening.Both times they where slow.Out of different things.I have been to Dunkin’s all over the country.9/10 times they are great. Fast, correct, good.But once in a while you get a lemon.This store is a lemon. I will not be back here.

We go to the Dunkin location close to our house regularly. We were by this location and decided to just pop in there instead. Well we regretted that... I get a hot black decaf coffee as I cannot have caffeine and my husband got a caramel iced coffee. Nothing complicated! My husband's coffee was awful. Took one sip and thew it out. I later realized that my coffee was in fact not decaf and spent the rest of the morning and afternoon dealing with that because like I said, I cannot have caffeine. This is a chain and should have no issue with both of these regular drinks. I was very disappointed.

Place needs cleaning, counters are disgusting dirty not clean at all. I saw spills of milk, and sugar powder everywhere coffee spills. Over all the area where yhe employees wotk is and looks so nasty. I will not be coming back to thus dd.
