Usually this place is awesome. I get their busy and there are new people but I’ve always been taught first in first out. Even when it comes to customers food etc. I had an issue and no one was able to resolve it. When I asked for a manager I was told no manager is on duty. Very unprofessional. I’ll start going to Starbucks. Don’t know why I go out of my way for subpar with no leadership.

There was a hair in my coffee, and it was basically all ice and tasted like water and coffee even though I got a Freeze which I get at other Dutch bros it tastes way different, not trying to dis Dutch bros or the workers, they were all very nice, the drink was just very gross unfortunately :(

I really want to like this Dutch bros because it’s the closest one to my house, but I don’t know how many more tries I can give them. First, this is by far the SLOWEST Dutch. 3 people in line, 30 min wait. 10 people in line, 45+ min wait. I get it gets busy sometimes and I give the benefit of the doubt but there could be 5 or 6 people working and only one person doing all the work. The rest of the workers are messing around and not even paying attention to customers. Most of the time the workers have bad attitudes or get drinks wrong. This last visit really made me not want to come over here. While drinking this protein coffee (which did not taste like it normally does), this piece of plastic came out of the straw. Honestly save your time and money and go somewhere else.

Tried their Snickerdoodle Chocolate drink. Whoa! I'll be back for that one!! Service staff was super friendly. Used the walk up window since the drive through line was really long.3/4/24 - Returned to this location for our typical beverages. I like the Snickerdoodle Chocolate Milk with extra caramel drizzle. Always friendly staff.

I always have a good experience here, but the last few visits (notably just now this morning) the girls at the window haven't said a single word to me, just wordlessly handed me my drink and moved on to keep doing whatever they were doing... 90% of the time, the service here is nothing like that but all of a sudden, this is becoming the norm and I'm not sure what happened. Otherwise, great location!

This was the worst experience I've ever had. They told me they forgot about our drinks while we were standing at the window. Server 3 other groups that were there after us and thenngave us these messy sticky drinks that weren't even made how we ordered them. Then when I asked for the whipped cream on top like we order the kid at the window put it on top and it spilt out and the young man got an attitude and walked away from us. Definitely not the service we've gotten the many times we've come before.

Drink is really good half of the time and really bad the other half. I’d say the same about the service. Sometimes there’s coffee grounds at the bottom of my drink because they don’t rinse the portafilters which makes it pretty bad.

Overall worst Dutch ever. Lots of turn over, poor customer service, 3out of 5 times I get the wrong drink. I went today for the first time in about 6 months and what do yah know wrong drink, I just left I don’t have time to sit around waiting after I have already been in line forever. This puts the nail in the coffin, done. I am for the NW where Dutch originated and this is not how Dutch is ran, I heard this is a private location not a corporate store, that would be the issue I assume, corporate should take over because this location gives Dutch a bad name.
