Terrible service. I called to order was told they don't sell a specific item which upon going in and seeing on the menu proved that was incorrect. Asked for manager was told that Yasmin the manager wasn't in the building by two immature individuals. Asked to speak with someone else was told "they only speak Spanish " which offended me because although I'm white I also speak Spanish. So I was profiled. Still wouldn't make the order I wanted since it's not on the register. What I wanted was cheaper than what they were charging me for. Terrible service. Don't go there

This Filibertos is disgusting.! I use to love it. The beans are clearly canned from like fry’s and they gave me super old rice. Zero flavor to any of their food! Do not waste your money here unless you like bland, disgusting, old rubbery food. Do better Filiberto’s!

I ordered a pizza next door and had the pizza way before a small order here. All they care about is mobile orders. You can order in person and still be waiting. People in person after me still got their order first. Poor service!!

I had the double carne asada burrito they were loaded with meat with a good flavor the beans and rice were good I also ordered a side of carrots and jalapeño a large bag and perfectly marinated the two beef tacos were also delicious

This place has gone down. We waited for our food for over 30 mins all for it to be ice cold. We called this establishment five times and no answer. The voicemail box is also full. This is the second time we have had ice cold food from them. If you want good quality and hot food, go to RILI B's in Queen Creek. Not only is there food WAY better the establishment is very clean with friendly staff. If you're willing to wait that long for ice cold food making the drive to RILI B's is a better option.

This location has continuously let me down. There is always something missing from my order. Also, does this place not have air conditioning? Last time I dined in it was cooler outside. I really enjoyed eating with all the flies too. Needless to say, I won’t be back.

Im new in the area, although the cashier was kind and courteous and the store seemed to be clean and neat, it took 25 minutes before the food was out, and the soda machine was flat. Every single one, there was a fly in the salsa, and the chicken enchiladas were raw! The chicken was so pink on the inside that we grossed out and threw our food away.$56 dollars down the drain.

Place is suppose to be open from 6am to 10 pm. 616 am place is still closed. This Filbertos is at the front of Copper Basin community all of our neighbors think the place is horrible. Stay away go to a diffrent Filbertos
