They refuse to answer the phone EVERY WEEKEND we try.. once we go in to order all the workers are hanging around obviously not busy just LAZY. Food is always good when we go and feel like waiting. Overall it sucks because we love the food but never want to deal with the drama of trying to order. Also.. the prices change allot and it’s getting more and more expensive.

Where's freaking the customer service? Nowhere near this place. Don't waste your time here. Shame on you Filibertos for treating me so poorly. By the way, that so called guacamole on your menu is pure garbage willed with shredded cheese. Yuk!

This is the worst filibertos in the San tan valley. The prices are ridiculous. I think the franchise owner is getting greedy. $18 for super nachos. Tacos for $5. Burritos for $11. I ordered $40 worth of food and they even forgot some of my food and didn't offer any compensation or give me anything extra for their mistake. The worst thing is with how much the prices are. All the cashiers were wearing gold chains, gold wrist bracelets, gold rings and then I literally saw someone walk up from the back and give one of the cashiers two more gold rings to wear. So I'm starting to wonder where this money is going to and why the prices are so high. If you mess up my order shouldn't you give me a regular burrito instead of a junior but no they gave me the junior and said I'm sorry. The junior burrito was literally smaller than what I would have made at home and it cost me $8. Oh, and the daily deals used to be $1.80 now they're $2.40. I'm not sure this is because of inflation. I think this is because of greed. This place sucks.

The food was just as expected. It was quick and delicious. The burritos are big enough for two people to share. The prices are reasonable for today's age in time.
I ordered delivery a few weeks ago expecting it to come from a Mesa location. Crimson, or Apache. The food arrived and it was fantastic, I had to check the receipt. Best filibertos I have had in years. I now drive an extra 5 miles just to come to this one. Great job.
