Guys…please change your gloves after touching the phone, the computer when ringing someone up, and after wiping your clothes. So gross guys. You’re handling people’s food!

We frequent this firehouse at least once a month if not more. Im gluten sensitive but not fully celiac. I have never had any issues at this firehouse and the staff are always so friendly. My go to is the italian and they have never missed the mark. They always warn me of the possibilty of cross contamination and that they will mimimize it as much as possible. This is not an issue for me but its nice to know how serious they take it. We ordered around 9 pm on Uber Eats and it was within an hour of closing. All the subs we ordered were prepared the exact same as we have gotten in the resturant. Thank you for the wonderful service!

This is my second time to firehouse. Tho a different location both times the wait was excessively long for so few people in the restaurant. 1 person ahead of us and took almost 25 minutes to get our 2 subs.
Luckily the food is delicious and we were not in a hurry.
