They have a gluten free bun but heard they are probably going to get rid of it.

I ordered 3 sandwiches to go online. Picked up my food, got home, discovered that 1 sandwich was missing BBQ and cheddar, another I ordered double meat and it had ZERO meat. Drive all the way back to the store, and they offer to rebuild them. I ask what they are going to do to compensate taking an hour out of my evening. They offer me a soda. I tell them we don’t drink soda. They say sorry, nothing else we can do. Manager says the same thing. Despicable sandwich making, despicable customer service.

Just wished your store would be the Door Dash right just one time. Hey manager please QC your store at lease one time.

Phone in for pickup. Sandwiches were so good and filling. We split the large barbeque brisket and cheddar with the barbecue sauce on the side. Brisket has a nice light smokey flavor with the cheddar cheese. Like to put our sauce on when we get home. Then it's not soak in from being a hot sandwich. Love the barbecue sauce. Sometimes we get extra meat, which overpowers the sandwich, but they do give you a nice amount.

This place is the creme de la creme of chain sandwich shops I've been going here for years and I've tried them all and they can eat my dust. This place is quite expensive but I'm happy to not go to any other sandwich shop so that I can go here more often. It's always fresh made to order and the app works flawlessly. Everyone is always nice there and they seem like real people and not fast food zombies.

Went here to pick up lunch and could not eat it because of the sewer smell on the bag. It was so gross and strong I could smell it the whole way home, and even my hands smelled like it just from holding the bag. I just threw my sandwich out. I do NOT recommend this location at all.

I'm curious why they say close at 9 but they close at 850. I'll be calling the store manager tomorrow to ask if they close at 9 or a different time.

I've been to this location several times and the last few times the food keeps going further down hill. Today I ordered one of the new cold subs and it was the worst sub I have ever had. They guy who made it was also incredibly rude. I wish I would have gotten his name, but I just wanted to get out of there. I don't know if there has been a change of management or what, but today will be my last time going there.

I met up with my parents here for dinner. They arrived about 30 minutes before closing around 8:30 p.m. They had several points to redeem utilizing their Firehouse Sub app, however there were problems with the app so they could not access them.... I met them there about 20 minutes before closing and tried to help them however continued having problems with the app. We decided to go ahead and order without utilizing the app at 8:45pm. We got our food a few minutes before closing time. Now I understand first hand that people don't like staying at work longer than they have to in the restaurant industry.... But an establishment should accommodate customers even one minute before close. We were trying to hurry and eat our food and we were almost finished when the manager came over and said we had to leave because they were closed. It was 9:09pm..... 9 minutes after closing! If I was to go into an Olive garden 15 minutes to closing, or any other restaurant for that matter, they would seat us and let us eat our meal and peace! I was quite shocked with the manager himself was this rude to us, And it makes me not want to go there again! I could see if we were taking our time and dilly dallying and making them stay an hour late.... But it was 9 minutes! Get a different job if you hate staying 9 minutes after... Or close at 8:30 instead,So you can get out of there by 9:00!!!
