Reminds me of the Steak and shake back in Ill. They have the shoestring type of French fries,I like them much better than the regular size ones. The eating area was very clean and the food prep area appeared clean also.Service was 5 star for a fast food

I have been a customer at this Freddy’s on and off over the past 3 years and the food has always been outstanding. The last two times I have received food from this location, my fries were cold, and the burger has not been very good, it is lukewarm and tastes…off? Service and location are fine it’s just the food. Unsure of what has changed but disappointed as this used to be one of my favorite spots.

I know a fast food joint is what it is however I ordered a 8$ bacon cz burger….. it was the saddest looking burger I ever seen. Ends so crispy and burnt that I looked at it like are you kidding me?!?! I was headed back in to get sauces they forgot to give in drive thru and I took that burnt burger back in with me and asked for a refund. 10 min later I got my refund. The cx sando my mom got looked amazing. Oinion rings good but definitely oil in fryer needs to be maintenance better. We will not be back. Thanks for refunding the burger though! Fries were good!

My experience here has been amazing. The manager, Ryan, is amazing. Incredibly accommodating. Service is outstanding here. Breathe if fresh air for this side of town.
This is the best customer service we have ever received. Oscar (that was the name on our receipt) was the absolute sweetest. He made my son's birthday so special. Thank you for hiring such wonderful people.

I didn't get what I ordered. I ordered half and half concrete with cheesecake and I just got chocolate ice ream.I came back the next day and told them the situation and they got me two desserts for free so I highly recommend giving them a chance and make sure you grab a receipt
