I rarely have never do fast food. I came into this location and the nice girl sing to not be trained at all on the register. The nice girl asked a couple of workers if they knew how to work the machine and the two workers did not know English . Then she called over a manager who had to get on her cell phone and scroll for about a minute and a half to find something that showed her what she needed to do in order to use the cash register properly. ... And don't get me started on the lack of personalities or welcoming attitude. Hiring people that don't know how to interact properly with the public is not good for business

I usually don’t mind Jack in the box, but this location is dirty, slow, and my fries came out with burned charcoal from dirty fryer oil. The burger was ok. But I don’t think I’ll be back to this location.

New employee Edwin was very helpful in the counter.But it was sad to see the demand here is micro.Managing him yelling at him in front of customers. She is on a power trip very aggressive with her employees she needs more training

Worst Jack in the Box location, I only come to this one because it’s closer. The Ocotillo location has never given me an issue. I had my order taken wrong, my order wasn’t read back to me and I got charged for the wrong items, received a Diet Coke instead of Dr Pepper, fries were cold, and we weren’t given any sauces. This makes me so sad because I love Jack in the Box and would never expect to receive such bad service

Worst jack in the box i been too. Wait time for food is ridiculous. Over 20 minutes for 4 tacos. In that time spand. There was 2 customers asking for a manager due to lack of customer service. Manager was no on site. One customer asked for a refund. None of the employees can issue a refund they need a manager. And apparently had no way of contacting said manager. The self order was out of paper. So no one go their receipts. This the worst way to run a business.
