Not enough service for graduation night. Also, the service, because of grad night drive through, was extremely slow. I watched the employees toss food to each other from 2 or 3 feet apart. Probably not the best way to show acrobatic talent or skills.

Last 2 orders took 25 minutes and 22 minutes , not even busy. Not once did anyone greet me or even acknowledge my existence. Should just go to a real restaurant

Whether it's a delicious You-name-it Jack burger, 2 weird tacos, onion rings, scrambled egg breakfast, or just a wet soda or yummy shake, I love the delicious choices all in one place that never closes. In other words I can eat whatever crazy and yummy food I'm feeling like, and whenever I'm feeling like it, all in the same place!

Its fast food... greasy gut wrenching fast food.... I wouldn't eat fast food.. but it was late.... service was great. I preferred to try to eat more clean... but in a pinch ad at the request of my wife....

If you are pressed for time don't stop here, drive thru might be the best way to go here because the inside service is terrible
We went to breakfast at 8:45am they said they only serive lunch and French toast sticks when the sign says serve breakfast all day

I've been stamding here for over 5 minutes, and nobody has even said hello that works here. Purposely avoiding eye contact with guests inside. Close inside service if no one is going to work it. 3 people inside and nothing from workers. Worst jack in the box ever. This is me coming back and trying this spot again after corporate send me comp meal to make up for this same service.

One instance the blonde woman at night was touching her hair without gloves and went to packaging food. Tonight we waited about 10 minutes for a teriyaki bowl combo because they dropped an egg roll. Went inside, saw the employees standing around with the food sitting at the hot table waiting to be sent out. We saw about 4 cars being parked and the customers had to walk inside to get their food. This is bad and needs to be taken care of by management.
