Revision , unorganized and slow, called 1 hour ahead and they didn’t have order ready . No compensation, no apology
I’m disgusted. I came in and a little highschool boy, his name tag said Efrum or something, didn’t greet me, his eyes were bloodshot red, his movement appeared like he was CLEARLY intoxicated. Do yourself a favor and just go to subway instead…..
Horrible service. Waited around to be served and she kept just making random cuts on a sandwich. She told me only online orders.
I’ll be going to the other sub shops else where. I’ll avoid this one at all cost!!!
I ordered a blt mikes way with avocado and they gave me no lettuce
I come in often, and each time Alex (I think is her name) is beyond amazing. She’s quick, kind, and helps the rookies with ease. I love jersey mikes!
Do yourself a favor and go to the jersey mikes on Ironwood. This locations employees, especially the girl with green-teal hair who I believe is a manager… has a major attitude problem. 9 times out of 10 if I order online for pick up, my order is wrong or missing stuff. This girl is rude, rolls her eyes at you if you try and get it corrected or ask for anything extra, if you don’t want to work there then quit and find a job where you don’t have to work with the public. I thought it may have just been a one time thing and brushed it off, but nope, it’s every time I see her there she makes my day as miserable as she is. I asked her for a receipt yesterday after payment and she threw it at me and walked away. I won’t go back. Also, very unsanitary - I watched her touch the sandwiches, the bread, the pens to write tickets for hot subs, the meat and cheese, and the register with the same pair of gloves. Nasty.
This location is run like a well oiled machine! The staff is efficient and ready to go above and beyond.
Customer service was excellent the food was just how it always is excellent would recommend 100%

I was never greeted when I walked in and they kept on getting everybody's orders wrong. Need to work on customer service.
Update... Went back a month later. Still horrible service. I actually had to ask the girl after she took cash at the register with her gloves on to not make my sandwich with the same gloves on! disgusting!

I went to get a order amd wanted to do wjat I always do at my location and but just a full plan bread along side my order and this location says they don't do alow that at this one location so to me that is grounds to only purchase from the other twos that I write around the street. This location is breaking company policy. I asked them specifically if they're an individual franchise or why their policy might be different. They said they don't know they just won't do that here when the other 2 do, and I even offered to show them. That's happened recently and I even asked if there's been a policy change, they said no, so they're just breaking policy and for a place that specializes in one of the best gluten-free things in the state of Arizona. That's not a good move to make, and it makes me concerned about how they're trained and makes me concerned about cross-contamination. It makes me concerned about how they're handling the rest of their franchise. So I would steer clear of this one, because if the staff doesn't know basic questions, there's no manager that's overriding the person in charge. It's the middle of a Sunday. They should have someone there that knows. The franchise rules and understands that gluten-free stuff is what they specialize in I. Literally spend hundreds of dollars there a week and I also pick up door dashes all the time, so this was hugely disconcerting. I will stick to the one on ironwood that doesn't have. These mistakes is frankly a lot cleaner and the stuff is much more maintained. The building is much safer in terms of how they're running it. Looking at the vegetables and bacon, they've been out there a little bit. I would stay away from this location until this stuff. Straightens up everybody under the same company should be following the same rules, they absolutely do. Sell as in 2 days ago, dude and have for months. The rules by themselves
i went in and literally all 3 employees just looked at me and said nothing. not hi, welcome in, nothing. they continued doing what they where doing w NO communication. i don’t care if your finishing up what your doing i don’t mind but communicate it. the girl starts my sandwich and then just walks away, she just stops. after like 3 more minutes a boy comes over and once im going to put like the extra toppings on he goes “anything else” and is mumbling. maybe it was a bad night they where all kinda just rude and unwelcoming.
The food was delicious and the staff was super friendly!
Emma and Bella helped me made my food and it was phenomenal definitely will be coming back again for more very satisfied great customer service!!
Won’t be coming back to this location! I ordered online so I went in and it wasn’t ready and as my sandwich was sitting next to the bread slicer on the back wall for pick up orders the girl puts a rag in chemicals and starts cleaning the meat slicer and the drenched rag touches the bread not once but twice like wth! Really?! When I said something to the manager to get new bread she looked annoyed like sorry I don’t like my sandwich with chemicals! Tables are always filthy here too!
