Great sandwiches but I won’t be back based on how I was treated the other day. I went in for my birthday sub and they swore up & down that I was not an active member. I’ve been a member for years and have been to this location twice in that past 2 weeks. It was embarrassing. Apparently the birthday sub didn’t load in my account. It’s not my problem that the system is faulty. This is the only place I had trouble with all day. The staff were nice but the lead or manager who eventually comped my meal was rude and snippy. Rolling her eyes with an attitude and then shooing me away when she was done as if I was lying about it being my birthday. Never again!

On this lovely night where my soon to be husband left for up north for our son’s football game he ordered me Jersey Mikes. I wanted and received a #13 on rosemary with added mayo, jalapeno, and pepper relish obviously done mikes way too. My sweet guy ordered it to be delivered to me. I am a girl who loves food. My food is an experience for me. When I tell you… my FAT CELLS WERE SINGING AND DANCING I am NOT lying. These mikes employees had their WAY with my sammich! The feelings I felt after one bite of this well put together and handled mikes way sub… indescribable.

Good job boys, girls, people!

My daughter and I went in to get a sandwich we go in there is only 1 person ahead of us and no one behind us. the manager was very rude and rushed our order like wanting us to just get out of there she was not friendly at all she looked mad or anoyed , I understand if the place is busy and you have to rush to get everyones order but I repeat there were no other customers but us and someone else that was already eating. As I can read from other reviews maybe work on you customer service more

Staff is friendly. Everyone follows health code rules and they change gloves often. The manager is extremely professional and speaks to her employees like people, not like a tyrant. She works just as hard as they do. Quality of the food and the ingredients is top notch. I like JM but this location is exceptional

The ”General Manger” and her employee were very rude when I asked for a simple alteration to the order. I never want to return to this location or any other at this point. They handled my customer request very unprofessionally.

I’m disgusted. I came in and a little highschool boy, his name tag said Efrum or something, didn’t greet me, his eyes were bloodshot red, his movement appeared like he was CLEARLY intoxicated. Do yourself a favor and just go to subway instead…..

Horrible service. Waited around to be served and she kept just making random cuts on a sandwich. She told me only online orders.

I’ll be going to the other sub shops else where. I’ll avoid this one at all cost!!!

Do yourself a favor and go to the jersey mikes on Ironwood. This locations employees, especially the girl with green-teal hair who I believe is a manager… has a major attitude problem. 9 times out of 10 if I order online for pick up, my order is wrong or missing stuff. This girl is rude, rolls her eyes at you if you try and get it corrected or ask for anything extra, if you don’t want to work there then quit and find a job where you don’t have to work with the public. I thought it may have just been a one time thing and brushed it off, but nope, it’s every time I see her there she makes my day as miserable as she is. I asked her for a receipt yesterday after payment and she threw it at me and walked away. I won’t go back. Also, very unsanitary - I watched her touch the sandwiches, the bread, the pens to write tickets for hot subs, the meat and cheese, and the register with the same pair of gloves. Nasty.
