I was never greeted when I walked in and they kept on getting everybody's orders wrong. Need to work on customer service.

Update... Went back a month later. Still horrible service. I actually had to ask the girl after she took cash at the register with her gloves on to not make my sandwich with the same gloves on! disgusting!

This place and it's manager are AWESOME! But when the cat is away, the mice will play.. or in this instance, slack. Went in to grab a quick sandwich (no one was in line) and I was told they ran out of bread. Major party foul, I didn't have 10 min so no sangwich for me tonight. Other times I have come in and the young staff was far from professional and a few times rude. But hey, if you see the manager in there GO! Everything always rocks when she is the captain of the...

Recently moved into the Arizona area from Tampa Florida.
The guys and I would visit the Clearwater JM at least twice a week, to enjoy the Italian subs…
I got to tell my local J.M in Florence was awesomely great!!!
