HExcellent management they make a mistake they fix it without hesitation eat here several times a month and rarely do l have an issue Love the Roast Beef with xtra meat on White sometimes l get lucky and the bread is still warm what a sandwich the turkey and ham is also very good they have a Very good brewed ice tea both unsweetened and sweet which is hard to find l will say if l decide sandwich's for a meal this is where I'm headed PS place is Always Clean and well cared for

Ordered 2 combos- Italian and vegetarian. Great fast service. Clean. You can dine in or take to go. The sandwiches are always good and with pickles and variety chips and a fountain drink you fill yourself. Reasonable priced and fast and efficient as well. Friendly service. Rate 4 to 5.1

Place delivery orders on the ground, while there is a table by the door. Called to inform and was told this needed to be put in the special instructions.On an in store visit, a staff member started moping the floors mid day right next to our table. There was not a spill or reason to start mopping. They didn't want us eating inside.Turkey is always old tasting. Tomatoes are continually soggy. Lettuce is usually wilted. The location needs improvements, to say the least. Staff attitude is infecting the overall quality. Not normal Jimmy John's standards.

Excellent sandwich. Ordered the Gargantuan. It is HUGE. Their prepackaged brownies are gooey and delicious too. Ordered online and it was ready when I picked up. The staff was friendly as well.

Sandwich was deliciously and delivered quickly but I was a tad surprised at the cost. But in the end it was worth it.
Solid Jimmy John's location. I've only ordered online for pick up and my sandwich has been waiting for me every time and made accurately most of the time. A little pricey for a sandwich, but it's definitely good. When you walk in, the staff always greets you with a "welcome!" , so that's nice.

Twice I’ve ordered (and PAID) for extras on a sandwich, and twice it was not on the sandwich when delivered. They refused to refund me, and make false promises of “free sandwiches on the app”. Still no free sandwiches, still no refunds. Management makes zero attempt to reconcile. This location is hot garbage.

I love this place and when I first saw that we were getting one I was overwhelmed with excitement. If you don't like it then you are ordering wrong. Order the Italian sun and have its Mikes way. Then add bacon. Bacon is a must. We order the big one and split it. I still have enough for another lunch. Oh yeah, order it on the cheese bread. It is crusty and delicious.

You guys surprised me. I love this place. It reminds me of my in-laws sub shop 25 yrs ago. (They were from New Jersey and New York). And that's the last time I've had a good sub. This is like how it used to be. I was not expecting the sub to be filled w meat, provolone (yes ppl just provolone), perfect amt of mayo and you even got the vinegar and seasoning perfect. Thanks for bringing the right way of making subs to Arizona!
