Service was subpar at best, and the girl at the counter appeared to the finest of high school dropouts, giving little to no effort to her job. All of the kids working there appear to refuse to want to work and / or just don't care about their job. This is supposed to be a pretzel crust pizza and is 20% prezel at best giving 20% for the salt that's on it. I've gotten pizza from here plenty of times, and this was definitely a fall down the stairs in quality from previous experiences with this location.

Order under my husband's name. On 3/21/24. Picked up with a code. A mug and a pepsi 2 liters were ordered. I called when we got the food home and realize we forgot our sodas. Called and spoke with Mark who said he took down the name on the order (and believe me, my husband's name is unique) and we could come pick up Sun or Mon because I live in Florence about 30 mins 1 way from the store. My sister went in with the receipt and was told unless she knew who I spoke with we were out of luck. She called me and we clarified it had been Sat night and he claimed he was the manager, nothing was written down, so we were not getting anything. I called directly to speak with him. Told him I had spoken with him and this situation was not ok. I stated if he was not willing to help then I would speak with corporate. He said good, call them. I asked for the number and he hung up on me. My sister in store asked for his name and number to corporate. Mark declined to give his name and told her to google the number. I find it ridiculous that you guys are going to lose 2 households worth of families over a pair of 2-liters. This service was appalling and for him to flat out LIE to me by phone that he was writing down my info and that I just had to "give the order name with the receipt" is disgusting.

I guess you get what you pay for here don't pay for a pepperoni pizza unless you want it not fully cooked and falling apart. Had to throw the whole pizza out cuz it tasted just as terrible as it looks. I tried fixing it by cooking it some more but to much sauce. Word of advice makes sure to ask for Lil sauce and cooked well done.

Came in for a lunch combo 1:58 was told that it was not being served because it stops at 2:00pm. And it would take them to long to cook. Will be calling corporate. I’m sorry it’s a bother to follow your own policy

TRASH. Nathaniel made me wait 30 minutes just for him to get my order wrong! Receipt had the correct order so I didn't think much of it, then I got home and I had two burnt pizzas, wrong toppings, and rock hard bread! I tried to call but I guess they never answer their phones.
