every single time we have gone here in the past 3 months , wether it be the drive through , in person or through doordash something in our order has been messed up and or missing. i get a sausage mcgriddle and without fail every single time its a sausage egg & cheese mcgriddle , why are u making ur job harder…?? just tonight the BigMac was completely mushy and just gross & they forgot the chicken nuggets, again!! this happens with out fail Every Single Time we go its outrageous!!! First youre making ur job harder than it needs to be and just wasting food / our money??? yall need to do way better or get some new staff or Something cuz woah

This place is slow asf It was good when it first opened but this crew they have now or whoever is the cook sucks and is slow asf if you don't want to wait 30 to 40 minutes for a simple burger go to another location

I swear when they opened this establishment they solely looked for the worst employees to ever hire for any business.. I've given them loads of opportunities to make simple orders right and it seems they go out of their way to make every item wrong... add ingredients you never asked for and not take off ingredients you asked to be removed.. don't get me started on having to wait at the third windows or even the curb for 30 minutes almost every time I come also.. for a brand new store you really would expect some sort of professionalism and quality to at least make a good name for the new store but it feels like they're going out of their way to be the worst mcdonalds In the country..

Your overnight crew told me they were restarting the "System" and i had to wait 15 minutes to order. It was complete bogus and i wasted my time. Fire the night crew because they don't want to do their jobs.

Waited 20 minutes for 2 bags of ice at the drive through. Order taker says "Pull up to the first window" Then I see a worker telling me to pull forward. I told him that one of you told me to pull to the first window. Skinny kid says "Not me" Then I wait and wait and wait. Finally one comes out with the ice and one bag wasn't secure and spilled ice on the seat and center console. Very incompetent workers and I was outside. If i was inside then I'd see the whole operation. Pathetic employees only means pathetic management. Shut this place down. Waste of space.
By far the best McDonalds experience i have had in years. They do get busy and handle it well. Sure wait times get long but, it is well worth the wait especially when you realize their drive thru matches their dine in 9/10 times. They have never forgotten anything in a single meal i have gotten here. I make it a habit to come here for breakfast most mornings. I highly recommend coming here.

Went to schnepf farm and then to this McDonald's afterward to eat. I generally have low expectations of McDonald's anyway but this one was bad. Sat in drive thru line number two, which is already a horrible system with one person taking orders, one car ahead of us. Watched three cars in line one go and the lady in front of me screaming at the speaker, waving her hands, looking back at me and shrugging. I guess line two wasn't important. Okay finally got the order input easy a couple hot and spicy, a kids meal with nuggets, a large fry, and a coke. Not much to mess up there you would think. We breezed through paying and getting our food. Then start of drive home. Phew journey over. Ten minutes down the road my kid is saying theirs pickles in here. Huh? You didn't get anything with pickles. Apparently instead of a box of chicken nuggets we got a box of pickles. Cute surprise but no nuggets to be found. Already far enough away to not want to go back so we just accepted our fate. Thanks McDonald's.
