When you are someone that has shellfish allergies and you are not in the mood for salad (if not cross contaminated) or pizza….there is not much for us. Everything goes in the same oil vat for cooking. Chicken, fries, wings, etc…. You can order a burger but no fries. Pretty pricey when you only get a burger. 😢 Wish restaurants that serve shellfish would have two separate cooking vats.

Arrived 6:58pm 1/24/25 with party of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids) place was a little busy, and the hostess could not give us a wait time, instead said "I don't know". But we were sat within 15 minutes which was great. Then the place died down so maybe it was the early dinner rush. We had a server by the name of Kylee, who was celebrating her birthday and she was overwhelmed. She took our drink order promptly, and once she brought them took our main order. From this point on is where the visit went poorly. No silverware, or plates yet and the food arrived about an hour later. Granted we only ordered a burger meal, the family wing/pizza deal, and an adult Chicken tender meal for our 13 year old. We noticed my sons chicken tender meal arrived as a kid meal without the rub, which I questioned. Instead of knowing the proper answer and being new to this restaurant Kylee indicated that the 1/2 pound order comes with 2 tenders. As for the rub missing, I was brought powder in a 2 oz cup. Confusing, because what is my son to do, dip his tender like fun dip candy. We found out later after asking the manager that it should of came with 4 tenders. As for the rest of the meals they were all cold. Who knows how long they sat under a warmer since it took an hour to arrive. But even worse some of the curly fries were still frozen which were taken back to the kitchen front line chef. So we received cold food, wrong orders (kid meal, and a pizza with pepperoni when it should have only been cheese). Waiting for someone to come by, including Kylee to check on us was impossible. Again, not Kylee's fault as she was tending way to many tables for one person throughout a large eating establishment. I finally noticed a lady that looked like the manager so I discreetly made contact with her by the carryout door to explain the situation. She said she would investigate the situation, but she disappeared for quite some time. I was given multiple excuses that would take up more time to write, on what could of gone wrong and that she was waiting to speak to the General Manager (Shanna Oginsky). Unfortunately that GM had left surprisingly so no real solution was given. I then waited 15 minutes for to go boxes for our cold food because Kylee forgot to bring them, and by this point my entire family had left to the car upset. I finally left with our cold food few minutes after 9pm. As a current public safety employee and former restaurant owner, I understand not to complain. I still wanted to pay for my bill, especially because I wanted to tip Kylee because she was kind, hard working, but overworked to handle an entire side of a restaurant. I was told that my bill might be comped, of which it wasn't, and I did not expect so. But to get $10 off the bill on a terrible meal, and long horrible experience was poorly done. Worse than the food experience is my 5 year old getting severely ill as the only one that truly ate anything. We as parents had to wake up around 1am to a child vomiting non stop. Cold food, or undercooked food? Who knows, since he is the only one who really ate anything. Being new to the beautiful State of Arizona, and specially residents of San Tan Valley for exactly 3 months we were excited to try Native as huge wing fans. Unfortunately, this turned out as a horrible first experience. Phone attempts to the restaurant this morning go unanswered, or they pick up and hang up the phone immediately. Place an order with Uber eats with h native grill and wings. The only part of the order delivered was blue cheese and celery. When we called native wings while they remained very professional they explained that it happens alot because of their process for delivery and it was not their problem. Our choices were to come and get the order that had sat for an hour and a half or get a refund from Uber eats. I would not recommend a pick up order from here!
