The food is good normally but as I was eating I found a metal piece on the broccoli beef which is very dangerous. Thankfully I saw it before I ate it but I think whoever is cooking the food needs to be more careful.
Never had bad food at any Panda location in Az or anywhere else!

I wanted to leave a review for this Panda Express because of such a kind experience. I came through one day with my baby crying in the backseat and didn’t order him anything since we usually just share an adult meal. The staff heard him crying and surprised us with a kids meal for free. It was such a small gesture, but it meant so much in that moment. Thank you for being so kind and understanding. It really made our day.

Just take it as a hit or a miss
Staff are mostly pleasant, just doing their jobs. I tried this location 4 times to give it a fair review and it was all done in person no drive through.
Food: mostly horrible. Only partly edible
Service: Hearing the difference between platter and big platter was ignored

Pictures look good, but flavor was horrible. You get 1 scoop for specials you pay $1.50 for extra. Not good service, food or demand. Will stop trying to give it a chance

Dry and smallest portion ever, one small scoop of orange chicken, i feel ripped off, crab puffs were no filling and dry and old, really wanted it good , management never replies so i guess i wont return

Manager didn’t want to provide my wife a black container or substitute extra chicken for chow mein- which we are willing to pay for. Other Panda restaurants allow us to pay more for the service we requested, this guy shouldn’t be in customer service.

At least one teriyaki sauce should be automatically included with an order of teriyaki chicken, especially with delivery orders. Cheapskates. Won’t order from them again.

I was leaving the restaurant on the night of 9/4/2025, I forgot a drink, one of the young ladies came running out with my drink. She then asked if I had a straw, she ran back in, and ran back out with the straw. I had driven a good couple of hundred feet away. Amazing service!!!

We ordered from the drive thru. We were told the Beijing beef would take an additional 5 minutes and they will run the order out. We waited 15 minutes so my husband went inside to ask at the register and our food was just sitting by the registers. Poor service.
