I was leaving the restaurant on the night of 9/4/2025, I forgot a drink, one of the young ladies came running out with my drink. She then asked if I had a straw, she ran back in, and ran back out with the straw. I had driven a good couple of hundred feet away. Amazing service!!!

We ordered from the drive thru. We were told the Beijing beef would take an additional 5 minutes and they will run the order out. We waited 15 minutes so my husband went inside to ask at the register and our food was just sitting by the registers. Poor service.

I had a truly positive experience during my visit. The ladies were incredibly friendly and professional, and I’m highly satisfied with the level of customer service they provided.
While I was waiting, I witnessed someone in front of me act rudely and condescendingly toward one of the employees. Despite the unpleasantness of the situation, the employee responded with nothing but grace, compassion, and respect. I made sure to let her know how well she handled it, and she continued to deliver exceptional service to me and others around us as if nothing had happened.
That kind of composure and professionalism speaks volumes about her character. I didn’t catch her name—though I think it may have been Vanessa—but whoever she is, she deserves to be recognized. Her attitude is a reminder that kindness and professionalism are powerful, even in the face of negativity. You never know what someone else might be going through, and she handled it beautifully.
The staff at this panda is superior. Diana is super cool and Kellyann is awesome to talk to. Thanks girls for a good dinner, it always tastes better when there’s good company and conversation. The rest of the team are super sweet too. By far the best staff out of any panda I’ve ever been to. Thanks so much guys, you guys deserve some cupcakes!!!

Kung pao chicken has no chicken, mushroom chicken has no chicken. Chow mein has no noodles. It feels like we are just eating scraps that came from the trash. There is a very rude woman that doesn’t like to be told she’s wrong. She always has a disgusted look on her face. This place is awful.
