Demanding delivery drivers to have a "hot bag" is outrageous, especially when the delivery websites you are partnered with do not require this standard rule. I've never had a complaint about pizzas not being "hot." Do better, and at least let your delivery partners aka doordash, postmates, etc. know. Lame!!!

Guess it's been a while since we did the pizza thing and, oh my, how things have changed at Papa John's. It says "best ingredients" right on the box, except... they're not. Spent $30 on something that was dry, dry, dry, almost zero sauce and the rest of it tasted like plastic and cardboard. Papa John's has totally changed their product and it sux. Very disappointed. Never again.

I wish I could give an even lower rating. The phone rep was hard to deal with first off. She then says it’s going to be 15-25 mins she says there is an error please hang on, after 10 more mins she finally say the order is in and it will be 25-30 mins now. Waited 35 mins just to be safe walk in and they haven’t even started our order. Tell me it will be 30 more mins. When I ask what happened to the first 30 mins she says idk what you want me to tell you we have one oven and we haven’t started your order yet. Tried to call the hunt hwy location which was even worse. It took 4 times of trying to tell the guy we wanted to put in a pick up order he can’t figure out where to start. Finally start giving him the order and he says hold up, starts mumbling to someone else. I was finally just done. 45 mins 2 orders and never got pizza.

I received a email for a large 3 topping pizza, when I tried too order it on line there wasn't a way to do it. I called and the girl said that when she receives the online order from me that she would adjust the price. When it was delivered the pizza turned out to be 21.99, when I called back to get a adjustment the guy said it was already processed and there wasn't anything he can do about it. I wouldn't have ordered the pizza for that price. I felt like I was scammed.

The reason why I'm rating it 1 star is because the last time I went I saw a few of the kitchen staff not wearing gloves while handling the food and it looked like one of them picked his nose and still proceeded to make the pizza; still completely gloveless. It gave me the ick. Definitely a health violation and I didn't feel comfortable ordering so I left. I felt bad for those who ordered takeout that night. The fact that I've ordered here before and haven't seen this happen makes me hope it was only a one time accident, but either way I don't think I'll be returning to this particular location.
So the girl got to my house and I guess lied about ringing the door bell because we checked r door bell and she looked like she didn't know how to walk around a motorcycle.

Ordered a pizza just this last weekend. Pizza arrived 25 minutes late and cold. Why would I bother going here again if I'm paying premium prices for cold, late pizza?
