Our food hasn’t arrived yet, however, Trevor was very kind and helpful. We had a large order placed (days ago) for delivery for my Daughter’s birthday party. I didn’t realize that Wingstop uses a third-party AKA DoorDash for delivery and was notified that my order would be delivered on time, no issues. Then, at the time of when it should have been delivered it was canceled without explanation. Took over an hour to talk to Wingstop manager and wait for corporate to call, yada yada… left with I replace order and pick it up (can’t do, physically) or replace order and hope it doesn’t get canceled again by DoorDash. Needless to say, I wasn’t taking that chance again. Wingstop manager was very nice (gave me a small, future credit, and it’s not their fault) but, just wanted to give a shoutout to Papa John’s and Trevor for saving the day!

Helped 2 other people after me, without even checking to see if my order was ready. It had been ready for 20 minutes. I finally asked again and she said they were waiting on 1 pizza when I came in. I saw all 7 pizzas when I walked in, just assumed they were not mine. Waited 10 minutes just to be lied to.

Ordered wings and you gave us all fatty drumsticks!!!! How rude! It's not called drumsticks it's called wings. On top of that you didn't even mix the wings up. Had to change the flavor of our hot lemon wing, they tasted horrible... This visit is was so disappointing, the laziness is ridiculous

The delivery service is horrible. They claim to ring my doorbell and don't. They left my pizza sitting on the bench or on the ground in front of my door. When I complain to the store manager he didn't want to her what I had to say and hung up on me. They have done this many times. I will not patronize that business anymore and will tell everyone I know how I was treated a that store.

Horrible service, this is the second time ordering and a complete disaster. Just shy of 2 hours to get our order completed. Sat on phone for 30 minutes listen to the same ad for no one to pickup in an attempt to cancel. Avoid like the plague

The worst customer service I have ever experienced as well as most disgusting pizza I've ever had. I would definitely choose a different piece of location if proving pizza in this area as you have way better options.

Absolutely disgusted with how a particular female (Shayla?) handled a DoorDash order. She caused a huge scene with the DoorDash driver, refusing to give the driver my order because the driver did not have a pizza box warming bag. She needs some coaching on customer service and DoorDash needs to be clear with drivers if that is something they must have. In the meantime, I had to call DoorDash for a refund and now unable to order from anyone else because everything is closed. They also have to wait 5 business days for a refund. Ridiculous, the WORST customer service I have ever seen-all over a simple $25 pizza! If the customer confirms they do need t care if there is no warming bag, send it with new warming bag!!

Demanding delivery drivers to have a "hot bag" is outrageous, especially when the delivery websites you are partnered with do not require this standard rule. I've never had a complaint about pizzas not being "hot." Do better, and at least let your delivery partners aka doordash, postmates, etc. know. Lame!!!

Guess it's been a while since we did the pizza thing and, oh my, how things have changed at Papa John's. It says "best ingredients" right on the box, except... they're not. Spent $30 on something that was dry, dry, dry, almost zero sauce and the rest of it tasted like plastic and cardboard. Papa John's has totally changed their product and it sux. Very disappointed. Never again.
